Came from out of town. The service was good, Jesse was nice and approachable. No pressure in purchasing the car. Car was in good condition from what I can see. Main thing is I got the car. Since I was out of town and there on a Saturday, they processed the loan, sale, paperwork all pretty quickly and efficiently since I had a flight to go back home the next day. Now to getting the car shipped. This process actually took longer than Id hoped for. Jesse said he would take care of it but after a week and me calling him constantly, I ended up doing this and organizing it all myself. I was told that the shipping was going to be fairly cheap, I ended up paying a lot more than originally thought. This didnt bother me too much but the kicker for me was about the spare key. My car didnt come with one. I guess I assumed too much that a spare key would automatically come with the car? Youd think purchasing a car you would get one. This was after I called in multiple times about it asking for it. Jesse told me they couldnt find the spare key and that it only came with one. No offer or help in getting one for me. FYI, Mercedes dealership was quoting me at $600 for one, a keyless FOB and programming. To conclude So far the car is good, running and everything works. Service could of been a whole lot better in regards to what I mentioned. Was going to write a good review if not for the lack of spare key. If youre buying from out of town. Research more into finding a good cheap quote for shipping yourself. Also, check for a spare key and actually see it before jumping onto a flight back home. The lack of stars in the review is for organizing the shipping, and lack of spare key, and the communication about both of these issues.

I bought a vehicle back in September from Topbillin Auto Sales. I recently was informed after receiving an oil change on March 14, 2017 that my radiator was leaking and it seemed as if someone performed a botched repair job. I got another mechanic to look at this problem and he confirmed that the radiator indeed had an adhesive holding the bottom end together that most likely was to "repair" a previous leak. I am lucky that I caught this problem early, otherwise I would have a blown engine. This is quite unfortunate because Topbillin Auto informed me that they had a mechanic that guaranteed full functionality of the car and the car had no problems at all. Either their mechanic was incompetent or they knowingly sold a vehicle with a broken radiator that they "repaired" and pretended it was fine. Its pretty clear that they dont care about customers. I almost got stuck buying into their "engine warranty" deal. Im glad I didnt. As seen in the review below, they informed (clearly a threat) another reviewer about the defamation law and gave a whole paragraph on how the accusation was false because they checked their database. Who knows if the business is telling the truth. I will not be buying a vehicle from this business and I will definitely be informing my friends and family to avoid this business if they are looking for a used car.

Competitive price: 5/5 Showroom: 5/5 Pre-sale experience: 5/5 Post-sale experience: 5/5 These guys went above and beyond. First, the car was really well priced I didnt have to negotiate. When I picked up the car, I got a warning light. It was really late when I came in, they asked me to come the next day. Based on previous car purchases, I was very hesitant but I got a good vibe from this place so I took the car and went home. I came back the next day and they already had someone lined up to check out the tire sensors. Everything was fixed, when I was at the tire shop the car battery died and the car had to be boosted. Jesse called the tire shop to follow up on the repair, the shop let him know about the battery issue. Jesse talked to me and asked me to come in and get it replaced immediately. Point is, I didnt even have to ask and everything was taken care of. These guys really care about their business and customers. Its very rare to come across someone like them. I will be a returning customer and will be referring everyone I know to these guys. P.S when I purchased the car, I knew it only came with 1 key. 2 weeks after the purchase TJ called me to let me know a 2nd key was found. Im sure any other dealer would have just chucked the key out and not bothered.

Be careful when buying used car in any dealership specially TopBillin Auto. Bought a 2012 Ford Focus SE last October 2016 with 121000km on it. Problems: O2 Sensors broke down after a month driving and its not even covered by their AUTOGARD basic warranty, its a totally useless warranty. Around winter time, I did my first tire service and I was told my brakes needs replacement because its low. When I bought the car at topbillin I was told the brakes were NEW. The radio broke down early this 2017 and I dont know what else will break. Also, when I drove off the car from my purchase date they were nice enough to leave the gas tank almost empty, but I just didnt bother. What is gas fill up anyway? Point is, even in a simple gesture as filling up a decent amount of gas they can’t do what else do you think you can expect from them? Price was non-negotiable on my purchase experienced even though I bought the car in cash. Be careful and be educated in buying things from people like them. Im one of the few unsatisfied customers. Like any other sales people, they will lie to your face as long as they can feed themselves with your hard earned money.

My wife and I went into topbillin looking for an accident free Ford Escape, a friend of ours who owns a body shop came with us to help us out; we were interested in 2 of the vehicles that they told us were accident free. My friend checked both vehicles with the paint meter and in 1 of the cars there were a couple of panels that had been repaired with body filler and repainted and the other one as well.. While we were talking to the sales person the manager came to interrupt and started being very pushy for us to buy the vehicle claiming that they had other people calling to come and buy it, he was very unprofessional and sleazy. We didn’t see the need in telling them that we knew the vehicles had been re painted we just walked out, we didn’t appreciate the fact that this guys are suppose to know the cars they sell, and how can they get away with selling a vehicle to someone that has many repainted panels. I am only writing this review so people can be aware of this dealership and the way they do business!!!

I have been shopping around for a used car a lot now, and I went and checked out a Ford Focus here. Jesse and I were unable to agree on a price that was satisfactory towards myself but the price was nothing but fair. Jesse was kind and did not pressure me in anyway. He was able to negotiate calmly and fairly. If you are interested in checking out a vehicle from here I would definitely recommend it. The whole thing about needing a deposit for a test drive is just to show Jesse you are seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle. It would be a giant pain in the ass to move all those vehicles just for some person that might be interested to take for a spin. You can turn on the vehicle quickly inside to listen for any noises and it is just fine. Offer Jesse a 100 dollar deposit so you can feel more comfortable. Great guy. I have had a tough enough time buying cars from a dealer and he was excellent. Four stars to show a legitimate review as many dealerships fake ratings
