Purchased a BMW 328i from Ben @ NWAutohaus. Vehicle was sold certified/etested, but within 1-2 weeks of owning the vehicle both rear brake calipers needed to be replaced which the mechanic said would have been very obvious when they changed the rear pads for the safety. I contacted Ben regarding this issue and he never responded. The vehicle was also missing 2 of the 5 lug nuts on one of the rear tires when I received (not sure how that passes safety certification), Im guessing they just use the cheapest mechanic they can find, which Im guessing means they use cheap parts as well. I would personally not buy another vehicle from them, I would go to BMW (or whoever the manufactur is) and get a certified pre-owned from a company who will stand behind there work

Please for your own sake DO NOT GO HERE Right off the bat the owner (Ben) was arrogant and rude. He tries to emphasize his company values of "honesty" and "integrity" but instead comes off demeaning and shady by detering important questions about the car. I was litterally just about to buy the car, sat down and even started the paper work. He then quickly summarizes 2 previous accidents about the car and refuses to allow me to take the car to a mechanic of my choice. Instead, he insists that he take it to a volkswagen dealership himself to get it inspected and from there he would show me the paperwork. I walked out. If you enjoy being pressured into spending thousands and buying an unreliable car, Northwest Autohaus is the place for you.

It has now been a week since I purchased my 2012 volkswagen golf from Ben at Northwest Autohaus. I absolutely love the car. It runs great so far and the only problem Ive run into is fixing the bluebooth controls which was pretty minor. Ben, his staff and especially his mechanic were very helpful and patient. All of the problems I had with the car were fixed by the time I picked it up and they even changed the brake pads and rotors. What I appreciated the most is how real they are. What I mean by this is that they do not beat around the bush or try to bs. They get right to the point and know what theyre selling and doing. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this dealership to others.

Ben @northwest autohaus is one of the most honest and sincere dealers Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I recently bought a 2012 VW Passat from his autohaus and first off his price was amazing and second he made sure that car was perfect before I picked it up. Ben took care of me even after the sale my brakes were making noise so he took the car that night and changed my brake pads without hesitation. I went to north west auto because they showed more than 10 jettas on their advertising but , when I got there I only saw 4 or 5 Jettas and they were not the ones that were advertised . When I confronted the sales person (Ben) he got kind of agitated and started to tell me that "they were similar, what difference does it make" but I was there for specific vehicles which wasnt there . After looking at the vehicles they were very rough and a lot of them had repaint with a lot of over spray on them ! They are very shady people and buyers need to be aware!

I hear their service is great... Unless you ask questions. Ive emailed a few questions. Nothing big. Stuff like: Is this car still available? Once I asked if one was available and if theres a history on it... I get the emails back saying "Ben" will get back to me soon. Never got a response yet. So- if thats the kind of service one gets BEFORE even getting in the door... Im sure none of the good reviews here are "alternative facts" though. Im sure theyre real. :P

Bought a 2013 Subaru Impreza. I am very pleased with my new car! The customer experience at NW Autohaus was great made the purchase smooth and easy. Ben uses some cliche salesman pitches like "I want to make sure you my customer is happy" as cheesy as he sounds he means it. Noticed a problem with the car after purchasing when calling him back he helped remedy the problem immediately with no hassle. Would definitely recommend NW Autohaus

I bought a 2012 Jetta from Northwest Autohaus , It had everything that I expected ! The process couldnt have been any smoother. I drove up 2 hours relying on Ben to trust me, the car was certified and e tested when I got there. He switched my plated over in less than an hour, with most of the paper work finished. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the quality of the car.

He really cares about his customers and it is shown through the effort he puts in to ensure his products leave the lot in prestine condition.
