Do not use zipcar - or any rental company. Buy a cheap car and save the money you use these rental companies. They seem to be reasonable and pretend to save you money but they all charge you for everything. Problems: Cars are always dirty 60% of the time no cars around Cars are always damaged Their credit card for gas - never works Always late to reply Never provide you with a proper info They charged me for a ticket tat wasnt even during my reservation and on on on..... Dont do it! Used it for 2 years, better buy a cheap car

This company promises you that youll pay 7/hr for cars before you sign up and then they end up being 13/hr. Not to mention the cars usually come filthy. Wish I could get my money back. Mainly got it because it says online you can pick up and drop off the cars at a different location but its not available in Toronto. they put false info on their site so they lure people in until its too late to back out. Thought I would love this but Im super disappointed.

This company had better service about maybe 5 years ago! that being said Zipcar has gone downhill. The main office on spadina doesnt exist anymore and when you reserve a car the crappy card to access the car doesnt even work half the time and after requesting a new card I still dont have it and its been over two weeks! I will be joining carShare shortly.

Been using Zip for years now. Cars are pretty clean. Friendly efficient service. I honestly dont know why the other people are complaining. This saved me literally thousands of dollars a years in maintenance and what not over the years.

Not sure how a company can be so unreachable. 3 emails, and 2 phone messages later.... How am I paying for the monthly service still, when I cant even use it. Beyond useless so far
