My 2013 Elantra was involved in a rather nasty head on accident about two weeks ago. the tow truck driver attending the accident whisked me away and before I new what was happening he had organized a rental car and had taken my car to Toronto Auto Collision. I was a little shaken up after the accident and the way the tow truck driver organized every thing left me with a sinking feeling that I had been had. a few days passed and today the people at Toronto Auto Collision called me to tell me that my car would be available for pick up at 5pm. They finished the repairs so quickly that I was expecting a mediocre job at best. Nothing could have been further from the truth! the repairs were perfect! The car looks and drives like a new car! If this was the end of the story I would have given this business 5 stars but there is more. Not only did they do an expert job on the repairs. they also delivered my car completely detailed. it was spotless! about three months prior to the accident I found myself in a situation that required me to cart 280 sets of dirty dishes from one part of Toronto to another twice a day for 49 days. much of it had to be carried on the back seats and the passenger seat and floor. By the end the seats and carpeting in the car was ruined. you couldnt tell where one stain started and another ended. I have no idea how they did it but the interior looks brand new. I can only imagine the work that was required to achieve what they did. This would not have been covered in the scope of the insurance and was done complementary!! I would have liked to thank those involved by name but I dont know any of these people. The fact Toronto Auto Collision went so far above and beyond for a complete stranger on an insurance job speaks volumes about the integrity and professionalism of this business. If you are wondering if you should take your car to them... you should you most definitely should. one final note... in preparing to write this review i noticed that another viewer had accused Toronto Auto Collision of theft of personal items. I think it is worth noting that I had left in my car two expensive musical instruments, a gps, mobile phone and $80 dollars cash in the glove box. Although it would have been completely risk free if they were so inclined they took exactly nothing.

Seem mostly interested for a quick way to make money: got my car to the shop and told them I would be paying myself. Got an ok price, however they really did the bare minimum: glued my front bumper (most other shops quoted me full replacement within 10% of price), re-attached a foglight however did *not* repair the outside plastic crack, promised to replace the fender liner and did not, also failed to tell me that my windshield washer fluid is leaking (hey look, now I have to go to another repair shop for that ...). When I complained I was told "but we detailed your car for free ... it looks nice". Whatever you do, do not pay them in cash and get a written list of what work is going to be done. I regret not going to a shop that would have been 10% more expensive but which provided an itemized list of what was to be done.

Met with an accident and had my car towed to this place (This place was recommended by the tow truck driver). They took alot of time to start the work and they blamed the insurance company for the first reason and secondly for not getting the parts! These buggers bought the wrong parts and then told they were delivered with the wrong parts. They promised to give me a warranty certificate for their work and they gave nothing. They did a worst job on my car which i had to fix later and spent a lot on it. These guys are just here to steal all the money from the insurance and do a horrible job on your car, Overall 0 for everything, Bad customer service, bad service and bad work ethics

AMAZING! When you take your car into a collision shop, your only hope is that they can fix the damage with reasonable cost. I would have never expected to be treated the way I was. Milad and Mehrdad treated me like I was their sister, they took such great care. And the bonus is my car looks brand new, actually it looks even better than the day I drove it off the sales lot. I cannot thank you both enough.

My Audi Q5 was involved in a heavy accident couple weeks ago。 The price the shop gave to me was really competitive to other body shops. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD PEOPLE TRY HARD TO FIX YOUR CAR FOR A LOW PRICE. Highly recommend people to go this place. The paint job was good as new as original. Such place will not be find a second one in GTA. 10/10 shop

Had my BMW X5 in for a collision repair here. All I can say is the customer-service provided by Milad was second to none. Just a very genuine person. The work was excellent; there was a very small issue and of course Milad bent over backwards to please and ensure I was happy with everything. Very happy with my decision to bring my vehicle here.

Their agents line up with tow trucks or will meet you at police collision centres and offer you great service. Some of the cops also seem to recognize their agents at collision centres. My car was fixed and within 10 months the shock and bush of lower arm is broken. I am going through insurance people again. A bad job was done first time.

This place is one of the more legitimate shops in Toronto and the North York area. Their very fair but more importantly the QUALITY of work that leaves this shop is world class. This is the only shop that I trust taking my vehicle, and my families vehicles to. Highly recommend using this shop when you get into any car troubles.

I painted hood, fender and bumper of my mercedes E class there. Paint job is amazing. Milad gave me a very fair quote and he gave me discount as well. He has a nice heart and hes honest. I recomend this place to people who care about their high end cars. Much better job than dealership bodyshop.

Great Service body shop. My car was picked up from my place and then dropped off upon repair. Took a bit longer than expected but did a great job and even fixed my side door panel. Got me a rental delivered to my place as well. Car came back looking brand new! Would recommend this place!

Got my brand new 2015 Mercedes CLS over there, they gave me a luxury rental (almost a brand new ML class). They also fixed my pasenger side door for a really low cost and detailed my car for free. Great customer service. In total they helped me a lot and were so friendly.
