Worst experience with this dealership ever. I had just delivered my newborn son and they sold me a van that they knew had multiple mechanical issues. One week of having the vehicle I noticed severe leaking on my driveway which happened to be my oil and transmission fluid leaking and my brakes were not done which was suppose to be part of the safety. After bringing it to their attention they took my vehicle for 3 days and claimed they replaced the leaking hose but the leaking started again and the brakes were not fixed. My mechanic and the transmission shop discovered that they only put a plastic clamp on the leaking hose that broke and allowed my transmission fluid to leak out again and damage my transmission. When I spoke to Heliya about the problem she was extremely rude, unprofessional with no customer service. She actually hung up the phone on me and got Tony to call me while she was yelling in the background to tell me that I would be lucky if they agree to fix the transmission and they will not be covering a car rental for me to get my infant son around while my vehicle goes in the shop for one week due to a problem they created. If they had replaced the hose in the first place then the transmission would not have gotten damaged and they would not have to consider spending unnecessary money. Two weeks after getting my van back from the transmission shop the alternator breaks and had me waiting 4 hours with my children in the parking lot for a tow truck to come. It has been one problem after the other and when I asked them to change the van or take it back Heliya rudely said they will not be changing it and if I bring it back it will be less headache for her because she has already gotten the money for the van from the finance company so she does not care. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership because they tell you they will help you if there is a problem with the vehicle and then when the problem comes they look for the cheap way to put a band aid over the problem or they give you the most attitude and treat you like garbage.

I got the most amazing car, in a short amount of time,within my budget, delivered to my door and I got exactly what I expected to get. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. To give an idea of how fast I got the car I wanted here is the time line. Monday morning I saw a car that was just posted, I sent an email to Michael letting him know that it was my number one choice and i also gave him two other choices, i made it clear that if I could get my number one choice I would be over the moon. Around lunch time (11:30am) Monday I received a call to inform me, my number one choice is mine and this is the stuff I needed to send in. Tuesday we made arrangements to have the car delivered Wednesday my car was delivered to me. Later then the agreed time but the car was coming from an hour and a half away,around rush hour, with alot of road work being done so being on time would have been hard for anyone, but for us anytime after 4:00pm is the only time someone would be available to accept the car. Micheal made the arrangements around our schedule, I have to thank the drivers who came all that way to bring me my car. Their website is the most honest website I have seen, they tell you straight up what to expect out of the car your looking at. A BIG THANKS HAS TO GO TO MICHEAL HIMSELF, YOU MADE THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE AMAZING. if your looking for a place to get a new car, this is the company you will want to go with and I plan on telling anyone I know where to buy their next car . At first, my experience with Sun Auto wasnt great. There were some issues with the car that I purchased, and repairs that were needed. I was pretty angry, I didnt trust the dealership to make the repairs and I chose to absorb the cost and get them fixed myself. I gave Sun Auto a pretty bad review out of frustration and resolved never to deal with them again. Shant went above and beyond to change my mind about Sun Auto. He set out to find me a lower interest rate and a much newer car. In my mind, I was thinking, okay, Ill give it a shot but if this time, there are even minor issues, Im going to make sure its caught in the first 30 days. Shant processed everything, the car was delivered to my work two days later... and its great. I couldnt have asked for a better car, or better service. Despite my experience before and reservations about going through Sun Auto for a new vehicle, Shant and Sun Auto really came through this time around! My 2016 forte runs great, its practically brand new, the trade in and delivery was super fast and the delivery guy was great to chat with, super friendly. Id taken the car to a shop to be looked over and they couldnt find a single thing wrong. Ive really put my foot in my mouth with the first review and in not trusting Sun Auto. Ive been proven very wrong. Thank you Shant, and Sun Auto for turning my experience around. You guys put in a lot of work to make sure I left the deal happy this time around and I completely recognize and respect that. - Devon

careful how you put down a downpayment with those guys,The Owner seems to be okay but the car salesmen are crooks.I put down 2500 for a 6000 car and the car salesman denied me financing & when I asked for my deposit (hence I was the one who had to ask for it) he told me HE WOULD TRY TO SEE IF HE COULD GET SOME OF IT BACK & THATS HOWS THE CAR BUSINESS WORKS.After a violent outrage from me The owner gave me back all my money the very next day.The salesman tried his utmost BEST not to get me financing because he wanted my money for himself,because he knew I was new to the country and was a little soft spoken (until he tried to scam me).And when I asked if I could get 2 front windows tinted(just 2) he said that would be an extra $1000.00 dollars.Try to avoid these guys. 2016 response I appreciate that he was let go,because Ive noticed the dealership which you gave him to run is no longer in existence.After that experience I decided to save my money for about 2 years & bought my vehicles in Cash as this was quite a few years ago.This particular incident left me very wary of car salesmen.The Owner was honest with me & did refund me my money but that Alex guy (come to think of it) just marked CROOK all over himself with his yellow Camaro he took MY money to maybe put a deposit on for himself.Wish your dealership all the best.

Last year I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Hong from Sun Auto Sales. I was hesitant at first, because I had some bad credit issues and needed to lease a car for a year to build my credit back up, before I could get financed. Michael Hong has been my sales rep for a year now and im very impressed with his honesty and committment to getting me into a financed after a year. If he tells you your only option at the time is to lease, listen to him and do it, he wont steer you wrong and you wont be disappointed. After a year and some hiccups/runaround on my end with no fault of sun autos or Michael Hongs. I called Michael and he came through for me. He did exactly what he said he would do and got me into a 2014 KIA FORTE LX. Financed not leased. I cant say enough about Michael Hong. I am very happy and will continue to use sun auto because of the excellent customer service I recieved from Michael Hong. He is honest, friendly, keeps his word and is committed to getting you into a vehicle. Keep up the great work Michael. I know you worked hard to help me over the past year and its so very much appreciated. Your awesome and im so very happy with my car. I will continue to send customers your way, because of your honesty and customer service.. Overall fantastic amd a great experience.
