I recently tried to cancel my membership online. Turns out access to my account is limited unless I go into a physical office far away to show them a drivers license in person (they already have one on file.) They continue to bill my credit card for membership fees, and I have no way of accessing my account to cancel due to them restricting my access. Called their support line only to be told she cannot help me. Truly a disgustingly managed kafkaesque abomination of a company. Do not open an account with them unless you want them repeatedly billing your card with no way to access your account to cancel and holding you hostage.

An ok service except they have very poor policies that overcharge you for lost keys. Keys should be fixed to the vehicles but I got charged $375 For a key I didnt loose. I also got charged for damage to a car that I didnt do only for them to later apologize because the real cause of the damage was found. The staff in general especially Betsy Carter are ignorant to the deficiencies of their practice. In short, you end up paying over and over these extra charges for other peoples mistakes. Join a different car share not this one!

I have been a member since 2012 and have had excellent service with both Autoshare and Enterprise staff. The cars are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Ive had few problems, to which staff have listened and understood. Ive used Car2Go - found them more expensive, poorer quality cars, and not as good customer service. I wish Enterprise would drop the monthly fee though. Why am I paying an extra $15.00 a month? If not for that, I would give Enterprise five stars.

Though we now have a car full time, we used autoshare for 6 or 7 years and had nothing but great experiences...it became more cost effective to get our own, eventually, and a quick record request had our insurance history sorted out(theres a fee, as noted). That insurance abstract is worth its weight in gold, if you plan on getting your own car again.

terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible selection of cars. if your looking for a service use zipcar. when you call to inquire about something the agent isnt sure of they will turn it around on you and make you feel like you have done something wrong, and if you get frustrated then they will just hang up the phone. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

The company runs on a shoe string. They dont invest in training their staff to the same level that the exceptional Enterprise Rental services do. If there are overcharges or inappropriate late charges, to get them reversed takes a minimum of 2 phone calls. Anything beyond that and you are likely out of luck. Buyer beware. Renters be warned.

Ive been a client for more than a year, until they invented a fine, saying I smoked in one of the cars, that only used to move some furniture from Ikea to my home. I know it is cheaper than others, but now I know the reason. They invent fines and charge their clients randomly. I would recommend you to avoid this company as much as possible.

Unlike other reviewers, I found customer service to be excellent. First there was previous damage that I reported. Was emailed back to clarify the damage. Next, rented an electric vehicle, and couldnt work out how to start it. No problem, sorted in 2 minutes. No complaints ......

Just terrible. Ever since Enterprise took over it has been one policy disaster after another. With unhelpful customer service that makes the TTC charming by comparison.
