**THIS REVIEW IS BASED SOLELY ON A WALK-IN QUOTE** Got into a minor fender bender and was frantically looking for repair options. Was referred to this place by a reputable source. Ended up speaking with Larry. He was very genuine and helpful, and answered all my questions. He even made a comforting offer on a separate cosmetic issue which has been bugging me for months! Although I have yet to bring in my car for the repairs (will try to update when I do) Im certain that Ill be in good hands. Would definitely recommend this place.

Went in for warranty work. Took a long time to finish. The problem is more with VW than it is with the shop. The staff there try their best to help you with your car. But VW Canada doesnt seem to care so much. I have always had VWs for most of my life. But from the way VW Canada treats warranty issues and supports their dealers...this will be my last VW.

Stay away. They did a horrible job on my CC. I had to get my insurance to fight with them in order for them to rectify their mistakes. Larry De France is sneaky and untrustworthy. Just full of excuses and lies.
