Hello Everyone, I don’t normally leave feedbacks but I want to share my experience with the service from Automotion. I have a 2011 Infiniti Fx35. If anyone knows these SUV, they are very picky with aftermarket remote systems. I shopped around as does everyone and found places with cheaper prices but I was not confident that the workmanship was trustworthy. After speaking with Mike from Automotion he assured me that installation will not be an issue. He showed me the remote system that he was going to use and answered all my questions in detail. I’m a concerned customer and will usually have many questions as should everyone if you are unsure about something. After my conversation with Mike I felt assured and went with Automotion for the installation. The day finally came and Mike installed the Compustar system in my vehicle. However, the installation did not go as planned. My Key Fob was not responding and starting the vehicle as intend. Obviously, I was upset with the situation and the time spent waiting. Weldon explained the issue and as a goodwill for the time waiting, he upgraded my my remote at their cost. He apologized for the issues and delay with the installation. Its not their fault, as I indicated Infiniti vehicles are a pain at times and after the hard wire installation everything worked flawless. Now, I can start my car from the nineteen floor of a building with ease. I love my auto start!! I was extremely happy with the service that was provided because these guys stood behind their work. They didn’t blame something else…like most shop would and ultimately will end up costing more. I have been to many car performance stores in my lifetime and I can tell you these guys are a team you can trust. Currently, they are working on my next project. Removing my headlights to get a clear lens retrofit.

I will not go anywhere else. First experience was better than any other car electronic installation shop I have been to. They even upgraded a system that I chose which didnt integrate perfectly with my car for a better one and didnt charge me labour. They fixed issues that were from other circumstances as a friendly courtesy with minimal charges. Best of all they are amazing trouble shooters and they do good honest business. Beware of other shops. They might mean well but they tend to go out of business and disappear so you cant go back for repair even if it is just wear and tear or equipment failure. That happened to me before so I only use these guys and have recommended them to everyone!!!

owner of this shop is very awesome. after an fault jump start, my cars electrical system got damaged badly. my audio system doesnt power up at all. he help me find out the problem is a burned out fuss and replaced it. my audio works again. He could simply tell its other more complicated issue and charge me a lot more. But in stead he has been very honest and I saved big $. I really appreciate this shop.

Phenomenal service. Waldens went above and beyond just to ensure that my beloved Porsche was taken care of. He is extremely attentive to details and never tried to rush off to finish the job. I highly recommend him to anyone with high end cars or simply is obsessed with perfection.
