Crooks! Dont every buy from this place! They lined up the mechanical for me as Im not from Toronto and it passed! Car wobbled all the way home. Turns out the car had badly cupped winter tires on it in June! Then the car started stalling at slow speeds. I called them back and asked if they had a 30 day return policy. He said no. He then started giving me a spiel on purchasing an extended warranty package. I refused. He tried to make it seem like a big deal that he was willing bend over backwards to offer me a warranty the day after purchase. He then went on to explain that when buying used, you accept that its not a new vehicle and to accept the risks-yes I agreed, but to a certain extent! Any reputable dealership should have a 30 day guarantee no questions asked policy. I drove my car for another month, hating every minute of it. I took it to a trusted mechanic to try and solve the stalling issue. I was told it needed an engine rebuild and it would cost upwards of $9000 and at that rate, Id be better off putting a new engine in it with less potential issues and peace of mind for $10 000. The mechanic also pointed out that both doors on both sides of the vehicle had been repainted and whoever did it, did a good enough job to fool me. Needless to say I put 1 and 1 together and realized everything about this car was a cover up! This car had been represented to me with a clean CarFax! It is my belief this car had known mechanical issues and at least two known side impact collisions that were covered up and never reported to the police or collision reporting centre! Someone obviously drove the crap out of it, got into a couple of accidents and never took care of it. This car was from the States and then ended up in Quebec. Ive since read online that accidents in Quebec are not always captured on CarFax reports. All in all, Im stuck with a $10 000 loss. Wish I had done my homework on this dealership before and read all the other reviews before hand! My conclusion. Dont buy from Autohouse. They sell nightmare vehicles and do not stand by the products they sell.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! SCAMMERS AND LIARS. Bought a Mini Cooper and broke down 48 hours after getting it - took it to repair and BMW said over 4,300 in repairs - everything inside was corroded and they blacked out a windsheild chip with dirt/marker which i only notices when i washed the window. Did not do an oil change so i drove home 4 hours with no oil - awesome. When I called he said "i dont know what you did to the car" how can I possibly get the car corroded in 2 days?!?!?! When my mechanic called he said "she got a good deal even if she has to spend a few thousand to fix it its still a good deal." It was NOT a good deal because for a couple thousand more i could of gotten a newer mini with warranty. Next time its better to spend the few extra thousand. Im a student who got this car as my graduation gift for completing University and i was telling him how excited i was because it has been my dream car since grade 9. How can you sell someone a broken and unsafe car - seems straight up soul-less. I do not know much about cars or car buying so they clearly read "sucker" on my forehead when I walked in.

For the first time buying a car was not a hassle.. I went to Autohouse to test drive an Audi A6..I am a woman and not very knowledgeable about cars. Friendly staff specially Reza, not only he gave me so much information, also he convinced me to change to a more economical car.. since I lost my job had to get rid of my leased BMW and wanted a car that was somewhat close to what I was driving. After talking to Reza, realized Audi would have costed me more to maintain and with my situation that wasnt the greatest option..after couple of days thinking went back and purchased a Infinity fx 35.. he helped me so much and provided me with so much information.. what I loved the most was that he wasnt pushy and he really helped me with my purchase.. I recommend him to all my friends and family . I am happy with my new vehicle and will go back to trade once I have a more steady job..thank you Reza.

Scum Scum Scum. These people tried to fool us with a car that they said was in perfect condition but in fact, was full of holes in the underbody, as well as a misaligned transmission, starting in neutral, for an automatic car??? It could not even be put on a lift at the mechanic, because the cage was so fragile and poor, and in a case of an accident, the car would completely fall apart, not even exaggerating. On top of that, it was full of rust, and was patched up as a DIY project. They were asking $1700 for it, though mechanic said it was at most $500, and just for parts. DO NOT go here, save your money and deal with a more reputable dealer!

As a single mother , I couldnt afford a mess of a car. I purchased a car 4 years ago, and It had so many problems . I spent so much money in the 4 years I had it . At Auto house, I had a great experience buying a second car in Canada. I was so happy with all their useful tips and their knowledge about different cars . I am so glad I purchased my car with them , they are awesome. Christmas is around the corner & I will for sure enjoy driving my family around. Thanks.

Purchased a Subaru Outback 2010 from Reza. Car looks and runs great so far. The price was better than any other dealer, and almost on par with buying privately. I did give the car a good check over before buying, test drive and checked the rust etc. So far really happy. They could have cleaned up the engine area etc a little better, but to me at least then I know its not faked with shiny polish.

I purchased a truck here and they had their mechanic doing the safety and they got the plates for it and the bearings and ball joints were almost rusted off, there is major fuel leaks and NO PARKING BRAKE. I called them to help us in any way and they didnt do anything. I dont trust them and cant believe they sold this vehicle that was so unsafe to a family with a little baby.

Buying a second car in less than a year from these guys. Of course you have to look for a good deal and a good car before buying but I found Reza and Hossein to be very informative and helpful. I like the cars from where they get and cars that have a good history from dealership. Definitely will recommend them to family members and friends.
