The service department up-sells expensive, unnecessary parts/service which are accompanied by poor and inaccurate explanations from their service advisers. Our first visit into service for a simple oil change this month will be our last. Our first recent vehicle purchase here will also be our last. Being life long Honda owners (on our 4th), it was very disappointing to receive this service.
