The experience i have had with Active Collsion was by far extremely unprofessional, unorganized, inconsiderate, and untimely. The employees at this company obviously do not communicate with each other as much as they should in order to ensure that the customers vehicle is being properly taken care of. They give you unjust time lines for repair, estimates, and updates on the status of your vehicle. They do not tell you that they use other companys to handle what they cant in house and charge you more for the outside partys help. They dont consult with you about the parts being replaced and use used parts when they have said they are ordering new parts. They had my car for way longer then what they quoted me for and when i got my car back it was WORSE then when it was when i brought it in for a simple fender bender. I have more problems now with my car then i ever have and i advise everyone to stay far away from this money grabbing, deceiving company.

Try anywhere but here!!!!! Six weeks to complete a four day job. I asked them to touch up a four inch long scratch by the rear door while they were painting the hood and driver side fender, and they didnt do it claiming that they only mix enough paint to do the main job!! Not a teaspoon left over! If you prefer excuses over service, this is the company for you!! The star is for the receptionist. Very friendly.

Worst place to ever go to they get u all hyped up that they can fix ur viechiel an keep telling u they can for 3 weeks than last min they turn around an tell u its to big of a job an that they cant do it an they tell u to give it a funeral or drive it till it dies Ill never recommend this shop to anyone i have never been soooooo out raged in my life thanks a lot not hope to never see u again.
