This was the first time I have dealt with a dealership. When thinking about buying a new vehicle, it was stressful. Being female with absolutely no experience with cars or the car buying process, you can imagine my hesitation at walking into the ICAR dealership. My sales associate Ryan Beese was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! He put me at ease immediately, didnt hesitate to explain everything I did not understand, was respectful and professional!! AND got me a mind blowing deal for a vehicle I THOUGHT I would never have been able to afford!!! I walked in a bundle of nerves, and walked out with a great vehicle for an amazing price, and the biggest smile ever!!!! Their whole team is friendly, and did everything they could to make sure I walked out happy! I am thoroughly impressed with ICAR!! I am definitely returning for ANY of my vehicle needs in the future, and I would refer anyone to ICAR, and RYAN BEESE in particular. Thanks soooo much Ryan! you were a pleasure, great job!!

Ross was incredible and did what he could but after the bullshit and major lack of communication between the rest of icar staff and myself I requested my money back and will be buying somewhere else. First Harry "sold" me a car which I had to put money down on and then didnt contact me for 3 weeks, when I went in to find out what was going on I was then informed the car I thought I was buying wasnt even for sale. After going through even more obstacles to figure anything out I requested my money back and it has taken them almost 3 days to write me a cheque which at this moment still dont have. Complete waste of time and money going there

Bought a minivan from there few months ago which btw was a piece of crap (we realized too late) that cost us $1500 which at the time I thought was a great deal,little did we know the safety would cost us over $2000!! To make a long story short we decided to sell it recently so of course we had to get another safety done on it which cost us $1300 this time around!! Stupid us we thought wed sell back to Icar because they claim to be fair on buying used vehicles back...ha!!! what a friggin joke that turned out to be!! they appraised our van that we spent over $3000 on safeties for at a measly $500!!!!! CRAAAAZZYYYY

I had a very good experience at Icar Thunder Bay. Id been given Jareds name by my son and contacted him. After a few texts and a call I made an appointment with Jared. He had found me several trucks and the first one driven ended up being the winner. He made sure I had lots of options though, and we drove several other nice trucks. When it was time to deal it was painless and a very good deal. Ryan the finance guy was excellent as well. Very professional and friendly. The whole experience was good and I have a great truck.

Worst dealership I have dealt with. High pressure sales. I swear the moment our feet hit the ground we had a salesman on us. It was like a red light went off when we got out of our vehicle. Thank god the truck I wanted could be purchased through Lakehead Motors. Salesman was great and zero pressure to buy. Icar made it sound like the truck was going to evaporate if we didnt buy it that day.

I bought a 2012 truck with no spare I asked for one gave me spare tire that was wrong size and I paid with my own cash too have put on rim with interest was crazy glad iam done with that no wonder why they have brand new building.

Went in to get a quote for my car, gave me low ball offer which was 4k less than what other dealers were willing to offer. Waste of time, dont go to them if you are looking to sell your car.

Ryan was awesome to deal with, however keep in mind once you drive your car off this lot, you are on your own even after buying a useless 2800$ warranty.
