Be advised: When you take your vehicle in for something simple, like a basic oil change, you may get surprised with an unexpected cost for another item (like a headlight bulb, for example). Thats what just happened to me. The cost to replace the bulb effectively doubled my service bill. When I questioned whether or not the bulb was actually burnt out (it was working just fine 12 hours ago), the tech had already removed the existing bulb--AND HANDLED IT--touching the glass surface and getting grease on it...thereby rendering it useless (its a halogen bulb). Now I have no choice; I must replace the bulb. Not cool. As a loyal Toyota customer for the past nine years, Ive come to expect a more professional Toyota Service Department experience than Ive received here in Thunder Bay today. UPDATE: When I mentioned my frustration to the cashier while paying the bill, she was quite sincere in saying that she had never seen or heard of anyone in this service department deliberately pushing a customer to replace something that wasnt broken. In fact, she indicated thats why she works there; because that type of deceptive behavior does not happen. So maybe it is just a coincidence. Maybe my headlight did in fact burn out on the way to the oil change. If thats the case, there is room here for quality improvement: The service advisor knew this was my first vist to the dealership. Both he and the tech had the chance to make a great first impression in building my trust by letting me see for myself that the headlight was out. Today that was a missed opportunity.

Wow, what great service. We developed engine problems on the way from Estevan to Kingston and called Waynes 4 hours out ahead of time long the way. They ordered the parts for next day delivery and had the truck fixed by 5pm allowing us to get on our way. When we dropped the truck off they even gave us a courtesy car to use while we waited so we got to see the city of Thunder Bay. Amazing service. Thanks Ben". Great city super nice people.

Scammy service department. Charge for work not completed. Recommend replacing good parts instead of alternate solutions. Show elderly people dusty air filters in order to sell them a new one, threatening poor fuel economy if they dont. Service department saved me from buying a new vehicle there. Thanks Cliff !!

Poor service. Almost like a taillight warranty once you buy your vehicle your put off to the side. I love my tundra crewmax but dislike the atmosphere here. Was lied too about a servicing and a rotating my tires twice never again to do business here.
