Dont buy extended warranty here, they wont honor it. Also dont let them install an audio deck in your vehicle, they will rip your dash apart and break everything while rushing, which will cost you a lot to have fixed another shop. They wont work with you to find a solution after making a mistake and dont value their customers. General manager is shady, rude and unprofessional. Update: When I went to use the extended warranty I paid for, I was told that it was done through a third party company, who wouldnt reimburse the power center, and that was why my product could not be replaced. I called the manufacturer who gave me the number for the extended warranty company they figured the Power Center used. When I called the warranty company, they said they have never done business with the Power Center. When I called the Power Center to ask for the correct warranty company, the general manager said there was no such company and when caught in a lie, admitted to making up the story. After reporting this to the manufacturer, they replaced my product for free as the Power Center would not. So sketchy! Other than the lies and false warranty, this place was an enjoyable place to shop, with some people there being excellent and knowledgeable, and the other 9/10 being far less useful than a google search

I brought my 2005 F150 in with a blown sub under the rear seats. I had searched through forums and made a bunch of phone calls trying to find a replacement with no luck, until I spoke with Vern at the Power Centre, he removed the sub-box and kept it for 2 days to try find a suitable match. He called me in to see what he had come up with, he had found a sub that fit perfectly and mounted it up right there on the front counter. I am impressed with his willingness to help fix my problem without pressuring me into buying a whole new setup "which I could not afford" He is a pleasure to deal with, exceptionally knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. I will be seeing him for all my car audio/home audio needs in the future. :)

Good selection of TV mounts and great prices. Went in to get a mount for my ~100lb TV, and the salesman instantly showed me the perfect one for $100(he instantly gave me $20 off, so I paid $80). Purchased it, then shopped around, to be sure to have the best price, and didnt find any better.

Two helpful salesmen. Other staff were rude, they did not follow the instructions i left for my vehicle accessory install. They tried to blame me for their mistakes. Very little was done to try to save me as a customer. VERY pushy staff.

Very pushy sales people, overpriced on new old stock for car audio and prices arent much better on home equipment. At the same time, usually a good bet if you need cables, DIN adapters, Car wiring harness etc locally.
