Doesnt deserve one star! I called and asked if they could fix my muffler. A guy name David said come on in at 2pm and we will fix it. So I did. when I got there, the guy said they wouldnt look at it, but can make an appointment for next Tuesday! Screw that! Made me go there for nothing! I could have made an appointment on the phone when talking to that dosh bag! But anyways, I went to Canadian Tire, they took my vehicle in right away and I only paid 50$.

They do satisfactory work, but it is literally the most expensive shop in town. Furthermore, when i was there they only had ONE mechanic, and the rest were 1st to 3rd year apprentices. I am not saying apprentices are no good at what they do, but I dont think a shop should be charging more than any other in all of Thunder Bay when they are paying someone with less experience less money/hr than all the other shops.
