I am a Gold Status member of Hertz because I rent vehicles from this company all the time, in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. The odd week I was in Thunder Bay, I rented out of the Hertz in the airport, I tell you, the young female employee has absolutely no business working for this good organization. She was so unprofessional with this "I couldnt care less" attitude towards the person ahead of me and to me as well. Probably the reason Enterprise has a much longer line up of customers. I will continue to rent vehicles from Hertz, but not in Thunder Bay.

Looks like Im not the only one to notice the female employee at Hertz Car Rental in Thunder Bay Airport to be rude and unprofessional. I knew something is different about her. Not a "hello" or "please" and "thank you" when I picked up a car last spring. I instructed our employees who travel to Thunder Bay for IT support to never rent a vehicle from Hertz. The guys at Avis and Enterprise are the pros.

Arrived at the location at 8:14am to return car to find out that they are not open yet even thought online it indicates there operating time is from 8am. Anyhow dropped off keys at drop off box. By all means this is quite the inconvenience especially considering the location is at an airport.
