We have been misinformed by those people only in purpose to sell their car and they were knowing that it might take a while to get all the necessary documents for the leasing. We have trusted one of their dealer who told us its gonna take one to two days to provide those documents even if we told him right at the beginning that we only had a drivers licence from another province. Now, after trying to get the car, I learned that its gonna take two months to be able to get the car. They simply lied to us and now they dont want to give me back my deposit, because they say that they cant do anything even if they lied to us right at the beginning.

Lied to several times by salesperson just to make a sale. Did not deliver as they stated they would,salesperson even called me to tell me my car was on a truck and then miraculously the next day it was back on the mazda compound and delayed. Salesperson admitted to manager/owner that he made these commitments to us,and still would not back them up or let me out of the contract.As soon as the paperwork was finalized and keys were handed over, Manager/Owner informed me he would not be honoring the warranty on this car.

Fantastic service, friendly sales and service staff who are patient with many questions and concerns. I am very much a car guy. I have been very happy with the new car I bought, and am very happy with the service I have recieved for the past 2 vehicles. Friends and family have recieved good service as well. The quality dipped when Nissan took over, but it seems to be good again.
