These people saved not only my day but my entire trip. Never had a better customer service experience in my life. Tried calling other big companies around thunder bay to fix my brakes and none were helpful and others tried to charge extra amounts up $700 more than the actual price (Midas) (Canadian tire) . I had a huge problem and needed help and they even saved a spot in the garage to make sure I was taken care of. H&H were completely honest, a pleasure to talk to and had it fixed quick and easy and even faster than they said they would. 10/10

I came into Thunder Bay with a car that every now and then wouldnt start - no sound no nothing. "Every now and then" are problems anyone hates to fix. The guys from H&H awesome, took time listening to all the details I had gathered about the problem and also took time to explain everything they did with my car. This is something I highly appreciate. Honest guys and fast service. I want to add that this tricky problem has been fixed by you - it must have been a lose connection as you said. Well done! Wife and I are on a huge road trip across Canada and called up the day before worried about our car. The people at H&H auto fit us in early in the morning, were very friendly and the owner even went out of her way to pick us up from the dry cleaners we had walked to while we waited for the repairs to be done. The cost for the problem was also fair especially for such late notice.
