Did not honour the reservation made online. They refused to give me a car for being under age, while my reservation receipt already included for the underage charge of about 45.00 for 3 days. Also if your policy doesnt include renting a vehicle to a G2 then your website must reflect it while making the reservation, asking the class of licence. I know that some rental agency doesnt rent out an SUV for an underage but i reserved a midsize. This is ridiculous. I had to take a last minute deal on a different rental agency and paid $200.00 for barely 450 kms for an SUV for 3 days. My confirmation number for the owner if he would like to look into 02008635CA6. (May 19 - May 22)

i had use my air miles to book my car and it still cost me 413.00 dollars in the end. it would have been cheaper to rent with enterprise and saved my air miles. the paperwork i was given by budget said 313.$ i left the car with a full tank of gas and an extra snow brush. not sure where the extra money was charged and no one returns phone calls.

Dropped off before they opened for my flight. Mid day they called me saying I was being charged for damage to front bumper. I was the only driver and can assure you, THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. So now Im paying over $750 in damages that arent mine and no way to dispute it. Its a scam.

They do not explain their rental agreements. Misled into believing I would get credited for fuel left in the tank, not the case. Also, they charge for a 76.5L tank when the car has a 68L tank. That is fraud.

I have been calling all day to ask a question on a Saturday left 3 messages no return call and it says you are open 7am to 1 am on a Saturday I fly in tomorrow I will be speaking to a manager.

Doesnt answer during business hours, doesnt return phone call when left several messages, have been over charged. Overall terrible serivce
