I was having problems with my car not starting. I took it to Auto One and was told the ground connection from the battery cable to the frame was bad. It was repaired to the tune of $127.00. Two days later the car wouldnt start again. I then tested the block heater with a block heater tester and found either the block heater or the block heater cord was faulty. I called Auto One and told them this and I was told the block heater was tested when I brought it in for the battery issue. So we brought it back to them and they tested it again, and sure enough, it was faulty. Go figure!! Then they fixed it and was told they changed the block heater cord. In actuality they only changed the plug end of the cord which probably didnt take more than 10 min. and was charged half an hour labour. It should have been done for free or maybe just a charge for the new end. It was their error in the first place saying the block heater was fine when it wasnt. Thanks for nothing Auto One, cant even give a woman a break FFS!!

Went to get a safety done on my truck , he gave me a list of things that had to be done, some that I could do myself, some I needed them to do. Asked him when they could do the work, he said right away, then I told him what I needed done, because I was not getting him to do all the work , he told me he could not get me in the shop for a weekend! So took it to a different garage, the list they gave me was about half of what theres was! I then showed them the list that auto one gave me , they told me that most of the stuff on auto ones list was not needed, it not on the safety list from the MTO! So if he can rip off customers that take there vehicle That needs to be fixed, I could just imagine how much of a rip off used car sales man he is! Dont trust the place whatsoever! Look before you deal with them!

For years I fixed my own vehicles, June 2011 I was in need of a nearby shop to do a timing issue I had with my old 1993 Chevy pick-up rusted out beater. It was Saturday and they were open. To save money I drove it down the hill, chugging, smoking, stalling all the way. Manifold was red hot by the time I got there. Don and his crew tuned and re-timed it as asked and worked within my budget. Don and his crew work hard with there customers to get them going and never made me feel bad for having to drive a beater. Now I have a brand new Dodge truck and I still get the same great service, big or small. Auto One is now my preferred mechanic shop of choice, from tires to spark plugs they do it all.

Took my car in for a safety (in all fairness this was a few years ago now). Right after getting the car home I tried to take the wheels off after being told the brakes need new pads and rotors/drums. I could not get the lug most of the lug nuts off. I went back, they also could not get them and had to blow torch them. Then they charged me for the work even though they were the ones who put them on way too tight.

Thinking back to our cross country trip and remembering when these guys saved the day. There wasnt much they could do, but their honesty, quick, knowledgeable help made it so we only lost a few hours. Thats is again for doing what you do!
