My partner and I just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. When we test drove the vehicle we made a list of what need to be fixed before we were a guaranteed sale. Brakes, transmission, and an unknown rattling. I am of the opinion that absolutely nothing was done to safety and certify the vechile because the day that the were we to bring the vehicle home, drove off the lot and the unknown rattling was still happening, the entire break assembly in the rear broke off the hub of the vehicle (and this happened before even making it home). If the vehicle was properly inspected, it should have never passed a safety test. As of now, the transmission is still acting up, it sticks when accelerating, pulls when breaking, very slow to accelerate and is extremely loud now. Im very disappointed with my purchase and the workmanship of the Wilson Chev. shop. And i am also pursuing action to have the mechanics shop reviewed and reprimanded. If my infant daughter was in the vehicle when the break assembly broke, id be pursuing legal action as well.

Could not thank this dealership enough for their amazing service. I was travelling from New Brunswick to Manitoba and ran into some unexpected trouble. I thought I needed a wheel bearing replaced. I brought my car into the dealership in search of help. They expressed that they were fully booked and understaffed and still offered to help. In under an hour the car was fixed and ready to go back on the road. They charged us a very minimal fee considering we went in without an appointment and were helped immediately. There is no way we can express our gratitude. I would recommend this service department to anyone and everyone!! Amazing service!!!!
