We explained our problem with our PT Cruiser and we were treated with respect, no talking down to us. They checked the car out promptly, fixed the problem, and the bill was half what we expected. Excellent service, far better than West End Motors in Huntsville, they talked to my husband and myself on two different occasions like we were idiots. They could learn a lot about customer service from Mac Lang!
