Horriable service the manager has no respect for you or anyone I was balling my eyes out cause they stole my deposit still havent revived it back wouldnt let me talk to the owner ... car was gross dirty on outside ... never will I rent from them or will I refere anyone to them... as I went I the second day to fighting with money issues they took more money outta my account then they told me to leave there property never trust pass again wat kinda company is that wat kinda service is that

I cant say enough great things about the employees and Management. I have rented and brought a lot of business to Thrifty in the Sault and they have always went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. Thanks Gary for always going above and beyond every time I have rented and helping me out in a pinch!
