Well where do I start with how terrible the service is at produce motors? I had just purchased a Chevy Avalanche in the fall of 2014. So being a new owner of a fairly new gmc vehicle I decided that when winter hit and my battery showed signs of failure,I turned to our GM dealer to fix the issue. In January of 2015 my vehicle was it their shop for 10 hrs to change a battery! 10 hrs! Wow crazy right? I could change a battery in 5 minutes! When I phoned to have a shuttle come pick me up it took them 3 hrs even know they said he would be there right away. I asked why he was so late and he replied that other people were getting rides first... Then why not say that?! I wouldnt wait outside for you! Now fast forward to 6 months later where my vehicle showed a check engine light.Again I decided to bring it to the price dealership to be serviced.I made an appointment for the next day just to have the code read by their scanner...the next day comes and I phone them near closing time to see if or when my vehicle was looked at and to my shock at 4 pm they still had not got to checking my computer with their scanner....so I phoned a friend to drive me there because their shuttle was unreliable! I got my vehicle and left vowing to never go to Produce Motors again. Now we come to last Friday. On Friday my truck was running terribly and so I brought it to one of our local small town mechanics and he immediately said there was a battery issue for sure and that they have a battery to replace it.I told them to wait as I will see if Prouce Motors will take a look at the battery function that they sold me 13 short months prior. On Friday I then saw the parts department at Prouce at 3 pm and I voiced my concerns. The rep their told me they could get me in next week to see it..Thanks alot Prouce again! You would send a customer home in a vehicle to use over the weekend that wasnt working.OK fine I guess but not..so I decided to book an appointment to get my truck into their shop. I told the rep that I work 7-3 and he said well we got nothing after 3 open and we dont open until 8 and that it will take 1.5 hours to test my battery...wow thanks again! OK so I need my truck fixed so I book an appointment for 930 today..I have a friend drop the vehicle and the keys off Monday night so it can be there rdy on Tuesday,today..Now at 12pm I just phoned Prouce and for twenty minutes I kept being asked if I would like to leave a voicemail.I finally said no I will wait until someone speaks to me and Im told I cant wait for that.I ask to speak to the manager then. He answers and says the truck has not been looked at yet..I ask why because Ive made every effort to get the truck to its 930 am 1.5 hour battery testing service and he says because 930 is just a drop off time...then why the heck didnt you take my vehicle Monday and get to it sooner than this? I am so upset with how this shop works..terrible service,terrible attitudes and even worse nobody cares..well to you Prouce I say you better start caring...we pay your bills and feed your kids..I have 15 other small guys in town that I would recommend that would service you quicker and more honestly! Social media rules the world now so look for my opinions all around the world today and everyday to come..enjoy the 100s if not 1000s of people that will avoid your shop..I do not recommend buying from or servicing your vehicle at Prouce motors! 0/10 for service. And Im a long time GM lover and this GM dealership sucks! Time to go to shop where my appointment is on time and the service is quick and reliable....I recommend Classic Automotive just to name one but really anywhere but Prouce Motors will be much better

Poor experience with this dealership years ago. I was in for a quick fix and waited in the lobby for it to be completed. The car was fixed quickly but they never informed me and I waited for hours, asking several times in that time frame if my vehicle was ready. Probably just a bad day for them but still would not recommend.

I was on a family vacation last week from the US with my Suburban and experienced some problems. I was directed to Prouse by a local, and was pleasantly suprised by the warm reception and all the help I received. They had me in/out in under 2 hrs. with my car fixed and ready to go.
