I bought a 2017 Golf Sportwagon 4motion Highline. I bought the demo vehicle with 5000km. To compensate for the mileage, they gave me all weather mats, 3m guard, and winter tires on rims. When I received my car, the mats were there as well as the winter tires, but, the 3m was not on the car. I had a warranty issue show up the day that I picked up my car. The adaptive cruise control stopped working due to a faulty radar. My car was the first one that had this issue within the dealership so it did take a while for the issue to be resolved. When I cleaned the car for the first time, I found that 3 of the 4 wheels had curb rash. When I brought this up to the operations manager, he assured me that the issue would be resolved in some way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I suggested splash guard and roof rails, of which the retail value equalled the cost of replacement wheels, he agreed. The team at Northside was happy and willing to resolve every issue that came up. I am left a happy customer and I look forward to doing business with Northside again.

My elderly father had got a car from this dealership and had a special contract tailor-made for him. Upon trying to use the contract he had found out that the dealer who sold him the car was no longer there. My dad was told that the original contract was "lost" and that the copy he had was not binding. he was also told that he was to trusting of a person.This dealership takes advantage of the elderly and does not honour there contracts fully. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from here bring a lawyer with you.

Awesome service. Great people. My s4 blew both front wheel bearings out of no where traveling to eurokracy. They ordered the parts while I was still traveling to sault saint. Got me in fast. Changed them quickly. Also let me look over after the work was completed knowing I do all my own work. Much appreciated
