The customer service in sales dept is certainly lacking to say the least. A few years back when I purchased at truck at Maitland and quote happy with the service. This time around we couldnt even get a sales person to help us. After waiting 20 mins for someone to help us we decided to leave. At that point someone was able to assist us. We test drove a vehicle, took it home the night and were ready to purchase. We left a message with Ford, didnt hear back for 3 days and then found out they sold it without ever returning our calls.

Had problem with a winter tire that the manufacturer would not cover and that I purchased at Maitland. The service manager looked into the issue both internally and externally and got back to me as promised. Maitland covered the cost of the tire and also addressed all other issues that I experienced when I brought it to their attention. Thanks again Steve. My faith in in you/Service, Sales and Fast Lane was never in question. I was always treated fairly and with respect by all the people in those areas.

The staff at Maitland always take good care of me. This visit I actually had the owner of the establishment get involved with the concerns Ive been dealing with for the last 2yrs and assured hed make things right when I trade vehicle in once the 2018 come out. Agreed 2yrs of having issues with my particular vehicle is awful and will rectify it in the future trade in for me. Staff always do their best. Have no complaints with the staff at this establishment.

My Shelby GT500 had to go in for a recall on the airbag actuator and I had made the appointment at Maitland. I discovered an oil leak from the rear axle pinion seal and the service personnel were able to locate a new seal and schedule the work to be done at the same time as the recall. Everything was done in a timely fashion as I waited and I was off with a smile. Keep up the great service, I am very pleased.
