I purchased a 2006 Ford Expedition in the GTA and a couple of days later headed out west with my wife to Alberta to see our son graduate from Burman University. The expedition started an engine miss every now and then but it progressively got worse. I brought my own code scanner and found a miss fire on cylinder number 4. I called a few of the dealers around Espanola and could not get an appointment till the next day. I called Highland Ford and spoke to Justin. I explained our situation and told him we were on a tight timeline to make it to my sons grad in time. He said to drive it in and he would have someone look at it. Sputtering along till we made it to Highland Ford and met up with Justin and he took us right in. He had Dan the mechanic come out and scan the vehicle and took it in to the shop. I grew up in the auto industry and am reasonably familiar with the goings on under the hood. I have to say that this was the first time I have ever seen a service dept talk straight and level with you. Justin was a gentleman and Dan went the extra mile with his work. Both were a pleasure to do business with! In the end the problem was fixed and I was charged a reasonable amount. I got a call down the road from Justin to see if we had made it along ok. Great job guys and thanks! If I lived in the area I would certainly do business with Highland Ford again. Keep up the good work!

The staff at Highland Ford made purchasing a new truck an enjoyable experience. Our sales consultant, Harold, listened to what we were looking for in a new truck, made some great recommendations about the options on the new F150s and then worked hard at locating the exact truck that would meet our needs. From the first contact with Amanda, who inquired about our plans and let us know about the upcoming sale, to processing the sale and setting up extended warranty with Leila and having Megan walk us through the features of our new truck upon delivery, the sales team made us feel that they sincerely wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Even after we took delivery, the staff at Highland Ford followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with our new vehicle and to assure us that, if we had any issues or questions, they would be there to assist us.

I did not feel good when I left , I am not liking the tires for life deal because now that I understand more about it , it does not apply to me . I have been a loyal customer to highland ford over the years and as my history shows I will never use the tires for life promotion . On my last oil change , I paid a 60.00 dollar fee that when I thought about it after should not have been charged too me . The sales person was doing his job but I felt I was pushed into the balance fee because it would void my tires for life . I mean lets face it Ithe tires for life is pretty much a scam , I do love my ford but I will be reconsidering when I am ready for a purchase of a new truck in a couple of years . Help me love my highland ford again , because at this point I will be shopping next time when it comes to rebates on my vehicle . Thank you Mike Shell

Absolutely fantastic. I cant express enough how much I appreciate service staff at an auto dealership that I can trust. And these guys go above and beyond every time. I love my F150 but ive never been a huge fan of Ford cars. However, since servicing a new vehicle is a reality of buying one, Im considering looking for a car for a car there too, just based on my incredible service experiences. My other dealership service experiences in SSM have been absolutely brutal and thats now become a deal maker or breaker in a new vehicle purchase for me. I actually feel good about spending my money at Highland because I believe its going to support good hardworking and honest people. Keep up the great work Justin, Chris and team. Josh

Usually very content. Today disappointed. 4 pin trailer hookup not working when I arrived last Tuesday. Brought it back Friday as still not working. Monday went to hook up trailer no lights working still. Brought it back. Worked on it. Went to pick up Tuesday as told it was ready to go , brought LED tester from our garage , still not working. They brought it back in and found 4 pin was not working. Discovered loose Ground wire and told me there tester did not pick it up. Something wrong with there tester when my 4.99 tester from Canadian Tire picked it up. One hour later on my way with 4 pin plug working again.

What is with the "you must test drive it first" policy? I dont need to test drive it. Its a one ton truck. Its going to drive like a one ton truck. I just wanted a price. Thats all. I just wanted a price on a truck - on the lot - that didnt have the window sticker... she started to build one on the internet, and told me that was the only way to get the price???.... The was the third time Ive been into Highland. The first two werent much better....

This is my second vehicle from Highland Ford and not only is my new F150 the nicest vehicle Ive owned the service from the dealership is fantastic. Thank you to John Ruckstahl for the no nonsense sale and providing me with straight forward numbers. Weve all been frustrated by going to a dealership and getting a song and dance but no solid trade-in numbers or payment amounts. Also thank you to Darren Smyl and everyone that assisted with my sale.

Not so impressed with the last service. After all these months with phone issues, the phone is working(for now) but the radio doesnt work properly now. Also very disappointed in how my car was returned to me. If you need to move things in a vehicle...put them back when you are done or have the curtesy to tell your customers what you did and why. Otherwise is looks like you were using my car.

My recent experience with service from Highland was excellent. They were immediately ready for me at the pre-determined time. They did nothing on my vehicle without prior approval from me. The staff person (Chris French) was awesome. Very knowledgeable, polite, courteous and respectful. He had the work done on my vehicle quicker than I expected. Excellent experience overall.

I had my winter tires and rims installed last week. Great service. On a road trip the "tire pressure sensor fault" came on. Causing me to check my tire pressure in extremely cold weather - they were OK. When I brought it back in they took me immediately and determined that they missed some step in the procedure when installing my winter tires No big deal.

I was greeted by Michael in the service department and was informed of the progress of my brake replacement and subsequent road test. Michael very kindly brought my car up to the service doors and reminded me to get my wheels torqued after 200 ks. Excellent service! Christine Thomson
