Many thanks to Carl Shoup and his team for the excellent service we had September 14, 2017 for an oil change without appointment for our Honda VTX-1300 well-loved. Carl has placed us an appointment at 13h when we went to meet him a little after opening the morning that we enjoyed at the highest point. Carl is a jovial and friendly guy with whom we had a pleasant conversation and as fun. Remember his name "Shoup" as the "oup" of loop if you are English and "or" cabbage if you are French. We laughed about it because most say it all wrong! Total $ 135.60 with taxes with regular oil and brief comprehensive security inspection without forgetting the oil filter and powerwash to our Honda that gets dirty a lot because we are on the road since July 12. After I have decided wich vehicle I was going to lease, I sent a request for road test. The reply was really fast. Financing process was very easy. The car delivery was also pretty quick... when we did the inspection on the vehicle we see a mark on the car. As per John it only need a buffing.... as per me it is a scratch.. I have been told " I will call you in a week with an appointment to get it fix. 1 month later I call him back and left a message. I never got a call back. So I took care of it.... In the fall, I went to your parts department to purchase a rear cover for the trunk. Alex from the motor sport department ask me if he can help. Told him what I was looking for and went get John, hoping he could help me. John again told me in front of other employees will check and see if he can get one and ask me to look in the car to see if nothing was hiding in it, and text him with the results.. 1 hour later I send him a text back telling him there was nothing.. I never heard from John since. In January I went and order and bought the cover. Alex from motor sport offer to go get John again to fix this and I ask him not to bother I just didnt want to waste more time... the young gentlement and Alex were really helpful... really like my HRV and hope to get a vehicle from Geat Lakes and the option of a new sales consultant... I usely not filling out reviews or complaints. Hoping not havingoing wast any ones time. I know we are all busy and time is important to everyone... Still love my HRV. Thank you Marco Vivier

Best service !!! We were on our way from Banff on the Trans and had to be repaired. They were super friendly, welcoming and friendly! They allowed us to sleep in our car in which there is a bed at night, the time to receive the room, offered us to shower time to wait, gave us Mr. Freeze to refresh us after a hot day. All team members are very courteous, open, empathetic and smiling! A big thank you to the owner who came to greet us, Siobhan and technician. Their little touches made all the difference!

I knew I wanted a Honda when I bought my first new car... what I didnt know was the level of service I would get from my local dealership. I became a customer of Great Lakes Honda soon after the Floreani family bought the dealership. Frank sold me my first car and the experience was wonderful. He explained everything to me and I left very satisfied with a beautiful and reliable vehicle. Whenever I go in for service, I am happy to wait inside as the Honda staff treats me like family. I know most of the staff by first name and this is without a doubt attributed to the fact that everyone is so friendly and approachable. Ben, the Sales Manager, is an amazing employee. He encourages customers to make buying a vehicle a worthwhile and well thought out decision rather than push a high pressure sales pitch. I will be a Great Lakes Honda customer for life... not only because Honda sells an exceptional product, but because my local dealership gives me the best customer service in town. Great job guys! Was disappointed I am a new to Honda and required some parts help I was told that they require a vin number to look up parts when I called back at 20 minutes to 5 I was on hold for 10 min in the end there was no response from parts man at all receptionist was pleasant but could not help Website said open 9am to 8pm

Frank was awesome. He knew what we wanted and we drove away with a brand new CR V. Also, when we had to get our regular oil change done, the Service department was quick and we got back our vehicle within an hour. We have had two leased vehicles from this dealership, and will continue to do so in the future.
