Ive purchased batteries from here numerous times, each time I knew the battery number. Today I walked in to get a battery for my key fob. Asked the gentleman at the front desk if he could open it and retrieve the battery. He stated that he is no longer allowed to open key fobs because one was damaged once. Understandable. Asked if I could borrow a screw driver that was in plain site to open it myself. He stated he is not allowed to loan tools. Poor customer service. Two other employees looking in awe of this gentlemans arrogance. I recommend googling someone else or Amazon if you can wait.

My daughter has an old battery powered jeep that I got second hand and it needed a new battery. I searched everywhere and was referred here. David was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed! He rewired the battery charger cables on the battery for me, and even brought it to me in my car! Less than 15 minutes of excellent service - highly recommend for all your battery needs!

Lame service. I was there to buy a new battery. Bald guy at desk seemed uninterested in even bothering to waste his time trying to tell if my existing battery was functioning properly. Lost a sale and a customer.

Ive bought batteries from this outfit. Each time staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable. On two occasions, they have deep cycled my battery after it had lost its charge, at no cost. Will return.
