AVOID THIS LOCATION if you dont want to be scam. I am a long-term customer at Hertz and this place gave me so much headache and issues. This place will charge anything extra they can trying to make money off you. They will try to up sell you all the extra fees and this never happened at other location. The first time I was here it took over 30 minutes to get the key because the front desk person (speak with a condescending voice) had so many unnecessary questions and remarks (license, fees, insurance). Please make your way to the Merivale location - they provide pick-up and drop-off services whereas this place provides the worst customer service experiences.

This is the closest car rental to my house! So very convenient! Prices are affordable! The cars are always brand new but you dont usually know what car you will end up getting! There usually tends to be a wait here because most of the time only one staff member manages the whole front line by themselves.
