Bought a 2006 Dodge truck nearly two years ago and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The whole process was rather shady and in hindsight, I should have probably left without the truck. Found an ad on Kijiji advertising the truck, and called about it - said there were multiple people interested in it, so after some thought I asked to put a deposit on it and schedule a time for pick up. I got the runaround for nearly a week, saying that the truck had failed the e-test due to a turbo part needing to be replaced. Another few days goes by and I am told there is warranty work by Dodge that needs to be done on the truck but it can be done on my own time if I wish to pick up the truck anyways. I am not offered warranty due to the age of the truck (first red flag) and when Im signing over all the paperwork I realize the truck is from Quebec and there is no history available on it (second red flag) except for an insurance quote that was never done for $5k on the roof (third red flag). Took the truck for a rive and all seemed well so I purchased it. Within TEN DAYS the truck dies on the road, and after having it towed to my dealership I called these guys only to be told its not their problem. After repeated attempts to get them to pay for the damages or rectify the issue, I got the runaround and was fed a line about how the truck was bought "as is" - Which I wasnt told at the time of purchase. Dealership indicates that there is substantial damage to the wiring system, as well as noticing there is no clock spring (which controls the horn and airbag, so I am driving with none) This was the start of the problems. After nearly two years and close to $20, 000 (yes,TWENTY K) in repair bills which included Clock spring Alternator Two injectors (one completely broken) Complete re-wiring of truck ( I had no tail lights, flickering of headlights and half the wires were rotten and hanging loose under truck) Transmission (It blew after 3 weeks and upon taking it apart found it full of dirt) A new TIPM sensor New heat system (all the doors inside were broken) Transmission cooler Power steering pump Entire new front end (ball joints, tie rod, wheel bearings) New tires (the Toyos it came with had zero tread) New rims (the rims it came with were cracked causing my tires to leak air) A new compressor (A/C died after a week) Multiple other small repairs My best advice is to avoid this dealership at all costs. Clearly they are in the business of screwing people over, and if I had the cash I would sue them for selling me a truck that clearly DID NOT and COULD NOT have passed a safety test in the condition that it was in, and blatantly lying to me about the "failed e-test" when I was told by numerous mechanics the "broken turbo part" was never repaired and likely the cause of the e-test failure was due to the injectors being broken and grounding out, causing engine failure. Since I cant get my money back, hopefully I can save someone else the hassle and headache I went through - and it seems like I am not the only one. Do yourself a favour if youre reading this review. Go to another dealership and save yourself the hassle, these guys are crooks and I cant believe they are still in business.

First time car buyer. Decided to go with Bentley automotive. Went to see the car, salesman gave me the whole runaround about it being a one owner lady driven car, great on gas etc (The car had multiple owners).. Test drove the car and was happy with it. Went in and did all the paper work. The manager Ian, was very shady and cocky. I asked about warranty and was told my car was not eligible for one, even though it was a 2010 with 90K. But he assured me that if there was anything that went wrong with the car, hed take care of it because he "wants me to be a returning customer". So I sign my life away for 29% (stupid), and he tells me the car needs to be safetied and e-tested and "detailed". It would be ready in a couple days, and hed call me. A couple days pass and I hear nothing from him. So I call and ask if the car is ready, Still waiting on the ownership. Finally I go to pick the car up and I get the keys and He tells me the ownership will be mailed out, thats fine. I never received the ownership I had to pay for it myself when I already paid for it in the licensing fee. The car was filthy and on empty. get the car home and the battery dies. I call and they say they will give me a battery at cost for $100. I agree, and he orders the battery. Then I realize I can get a battery at Canadian tire for the same price with warranty. So I got that route. About a month later Im driving down the highway and the glass on my sunroof blows out, shattering into pieces onto the car behind me. Luckily there was no damage or anybody harmed. So I call again. This time extremely upset this has just happened to my new car, and he tells me Its not his problem and that I need to "Talk like a man". So we argue for a bit more and nothing gets resolved. $1,000 later I get a new sunroof installed. Another month down the road I notice the paint on my back bumper cover is starting to peel (Now half paint on the bumper is peeled off). I dont even bother calling. $500 later I get it repainted. Im not in the business of bashing companies. But I would strongly advice against going with bentley automotive. Since these issues, Ive talked to a few other people in my area. All having nothing but negative things to say. Theses small car dealerships that guarantee financing will just rape you. they will tell you can refinance for a lower rate after a year. But you spend the first year paying interest and not a cent goes to the principle of the car. Do yourself a favour and go with a credible dealer. Not these shady in and out dealers who just want to make a dollar. Lesson learned..

I recently bought a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan from them...I never received a copy of my loan or a copy of the emissions test or safety certificate. I asked for a copy and never received it and I kept getting a run around when I asked for it. I have no clue how much I am paying for the van and I dont even know how much I got for my old van. I was told the van I got had a remote start on it and when I picked it up it didnt, plus I was told there was another set of keys to the van and I never got them. This vehicle has a crack in the windshield and should have never passed a safety. Also when I picked up my vehicle they didnt give me my vehicle ownership...the sale man mailed it to me a week later because he didnt want to deal with me. My van goes into a dodge dealership tomorrow because it is not running right and I have concerns over it. Thank god the basic warranty is in effect for 3 more days because Bentley wouldnt help me anyways. My advice is dont buy a vehicle from them and go somewhere they are more professional and have the skills to take care of their customers because these guys dont care....they just want the sell and dont care about their customers after they get it. Oh and I decided a week before I was to pick up the van and before I had signed anything I didnt want the vehicle....they lied to me and told me I couldnt back out of it. They are great con artist also and will lie and deceive you to get a sell.
