I must agree that this company is terrible. Absolutely no quality control and cuts so many corners to save money its disgusting! They also have a reputation on being rude and difficult to deal with. On insurance claims; they make you sign the piece of paper approving the repairs however they dont explain what needs to be done to fix the car and what type of parts they use. When you complain; their go to response is "You signed the form to approve the repairs"... Thats very shady customer service. They use unsafe non certified parts which are illegal and a breach of your insurance contract. Most of these parts are only cosmetic and wont function as a real OEM part would. They also get paid to replace broken parts but instead they just glue back the original ones and keep the extra money as profit. I knew a guy that worked there and quit since this person was disgusted on how many unsafe corners they wanted to be cut all in the name of profit. Finally when the car is "Completed"; they make you pay and force you to sign the paper stating you are satisfied with the repairs before you can see the car. They dont even give you a walk around. Again when you finally see the car and complain; their go to response is "You signed the approval and you signed saying you are satisfied with the repairs". They offer a lifetime warranty but what good is that when they coward themselves behind signed documents? Danny (the owner) is a coward and loser. He should be ashamed on the shady workmanship that is being done by his company. Do yourself a favour and bring your car to a dealership. It might cost a little more but everything will be done professionally and to factory specs.

BemacTurpinDemers is all managed by the same guy (Danny Frangione) which is a huge red flag on its own out of personal experience. He doesnt have any quality control and Danny seems to have an arrogant personality since if something wasnt done right; he would just brush you off. Sometimes trying to guilt trip you into accepting his shady repairs. Nobody should accept having parts and clips super glued back on when replacements were paid for... How he stays in business is beyond me... Unless the insurance work he does is what gets him repeat business. He cant even get that done right according to multiple forums that people complaining on how him and his staff have butchered cars under his care and uses illegal non crash tested, purely cosmetic parts instead of using factory certified parts which were paid for by the insurance. He must pocket the difference... Danny Frangione should be ashamed and maybe step down and have someone thats qualified replace him.

Earlier today, I purchased my very first car. It was a private sale. The car was in pretty good condition with only two small areas that needed work. Upon removing the sellers license plate, the bolts (that were holding the license plate in) snapped and broke off. We took the car to Canadian tire, and they would not fix it. So we came here as it was the next closest option. We were quickly met with a friendly and open attitude. The man got to work instantly, almost as if were paying for a premium service. While we were waiting, another man who worked here sparked up some conversation with us. The service was quick, professional and overall a great experience for my first "car problem". The price was even much less than what I had expected!! Would highly recommend.

Brought my car in here for some body work. I had to bring the car back FOUR times due to improper repair spanning over many weeks. My car is still not the way it should be, is missing components and has other damaged pieces thanks to sloppy work. I complained to the owner who informed me that "as long as it looks good from 3 feet, it meets industry standard." Really? Thats the industry standard? Im thinking the rest of the body shops in the city might disagree with that statement. Ill go somewhere else and pay out of pocket to fix these screw-ups. Thanks for the inconvenience! (1 star - at least the guy behind the counter was pleasant to deal with)

Was told car would be done on Friday or Monday. Called Monday after not hearing anything either day. Was told they were still waiting on a part and they would follow up later. Nothing. Called next day... Friday or Monday (again). After a whole lot of pursuing, car was done on the Friday. I understand delays, but the garbage customer service made it so much worse. Best service we got was from the guy prepping the car for pickup, he explained be the situation and made sure I was happy with the repairs, good on him. Was recommended by insurance company, Ive told them I wouldnt go back. Work appears to be of quality, so 2 stars for that.

Horrible service and work. Went in for insurance repair job on my truck. Told me it would take a week and it took 2 1/2 never bothered calling. I showed up and my tale gate was missing. The finaly told me some one stole it and after pushing them the final said the would replace it. The put my original look on it witch the said was stolen and then surface screwed a liner on it putting holes in the new tailgate. Asked for then to fix some rust spots. The only surface painted and after a few months the where back. All the weather striping the had to remove to do the work came back broken and the wouldnt fix it.

My car was in need of a safety inspection, and a flat tire made it all the more urgent. When I stopped into the Nepean location, Joe helped out right away. They came and towed the car, replaced two tires, and did a safety inspection at a rate I found extremely reasonable! My only complaint was that before I went in person, my calls/voicemails went unanswered. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and the price.

I was visiting Ottawa from out of town and had a mishap with a cement pole in a parking lot. I called an hour before closing and I was told that they would take the time to look at it. They repaired it as best as they could so that the front tire was no longer rubbing to get me home for a proper repair. No charge! I cant say thank you enough. Amazing people!
