At the beginning they we amazing, they picked us up from our home and drove us to there location. As soon as we entered the building, tne staff were rude and ignorant. They made us call the insurance company to prove that we had coverage and were about to make us pay for the "optional insurance" unless we could provide the policy number. I was about to celebrate my 16th birthday party by going camping and when we received the mini van we rented, it was dirty and smelled. We took it anyway, but we had guests complaining and had to air out the car. When we took the car back, we walked in and again they were very rude. They werent busy at all, seeing how it was a Monday morning, and we asked if we could have a ride home. They said "We only rent cars, we are not a taxi service". When very clearly there was two people sitting in the back doing nothing. My mom and I ended up taking a bus and walking home. Such a terrible experience and will never be going back again. It is the worst place we have rented from and we definitely will be renting from enterprise or budget next time.

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had, for ANY business, anytime, anywhere. Charged double the rate of others for a bottom-level car. Did not inform me that their rentals, as opposed to others in car rental, had a daily mileage limit, so I was hit with an extra $60 charge in just two days rental. My final bill was five times the amount charged on a previous rental from another company two weeks ago. Their website says they offer shuttles when needed .. so I asked for a shuttle, they told me it was unavailable. I had already paid my bill, so I was no longer worth doing anything for. Then a new customer walks in, and they offer him a shuttle (!!!) If it were possible to post zero, or negative, stars, I would, they do not deserve the one star I am forced to put in to get this posted (they did NOTHING to warrant any stars)

Staff is nice, but the policies are awful. My car is the garage until the end of the Avis work day and when I asked if I could keep the vehicle an extra 2.5 hours, I was told that I would be charged and entire day or to pay by the hour (which is $20/hour). Zero accommodation could be made to help me out, while I wait for the servicing to be completed on my vehicle. Id rather pay more for a rental and get better service than go back to Avis.

Wonderful people and competitive rates! Cars are clean too!! First timers make sure you bring along your OPCF 27 coverage policy - "Liability for Damage to Non-Owned Automobile(s)", otherwise you will be required to purchase their car insurance, which are charged on a daily basis. Cant find you OPCF 27 policy? Phone your insurance company, theyll be glad to send it through email, fax. Would DEFINITELY recommend this to my friends!

Never go to this location. Enterprise or Budget car rentals are the places to go. The employee was very very rude, didnt inform us of the $300 deposit that she put through then wouldnt even let us call our insurance company to use our own insurance. Immediately got our money back and went to Enterprise, got a car for $39, $100 deposit and used my own insurance.

Bunch of crooks stay away from this place. Took advantage of foreign visitors. Called ahead to get a quote with unlimited kilometers. On the contract they put 300 km /day. Person signing didnt even know as it was not shown to them when signing contract.. Stay away from this place dont recommend to anyone.

This location forces you to buy the "optional" insurance on their cars unless you can prove that you have a rider on your credit card or current car insurance. Proof being a call to your insurance company to verify.. not helpful if your insurance company office is closed.

Didnt even give an option to use my own insurance on the car. Then told me that it is an additional 18.99 when in fact that is per day. They seem nice but have shady business practices. Go to budget or enterprise.

Big rush and suggest to call before walkin due to lot of rush. Also youll get good deal in shop as compare to online booking like 300 Km vs 100 Km per day.
