While camping in Restoule Provincial Park, the starter motor on my SUV failed. I had it towed to True North. We explained the situation to Antony, the customer service representative, as we had a trailer and needed to vacate the site. True North immediately got on the job and we got our truck back within a few hours. Unfortunately the replacement starter motor was faulty. Again True North came through. They immediately sourced a second replacement that was more expensive and fitted it at no expense to us. We found Antony to be excellent and the rest of the True North staff we came into contact also. We were not local and are unlikely to use TN again but the way they looked after us you would think we had just bought a brand new Cadillac from them. Had a great experience with Darren! We walked in, he spent literally hours with me answering every question in the book (even knowing I had no intention of buying a car that particular day!). I do not like pushy salesmen and Darren is definitely not that! I did visit two other dealerships that same day that I walked out of due to their sales people quite obviously not wanting to work for their pay cheque. Darren did not have an easy task to find me the car I wanted in a manual transmission but he did it...he did it with a smile on his face and never made me feel like I was putting him out. Excellent customer service. I am driving a way in a car I want, a car I love and hopefully a new found life long partnership with True North!

The pricing was transparent and after doing extensive market comparable evaluation they literally beat every dealer in the country. Recently I stopped into True North to ask for help with a family emergency situation where we needed to sell a vehicle. Darren Demers and Paul Thompson went above and beyond the call. They quickly provided us with the information we needed, and spent a great deal of time and effort helping us, even though there was nothing to gain financially. I approached both GM dealers in town for help and True North came through for us big time! Obviously this is a well run organization and I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a vehicle.

Great service, when I walk in I am greeted with smiles and immediate help, they answered all of my questions. I highly recommend dealing with Leo, he is a great sales person and will take the time to get to know you and what you really need in a vehicule. I walked in unsure of what type of truck I wanted, and I was guided and told my options, I bought a brand new truck all thanks to Leo. He is amazing at his job and I highly recommend his services. 5 stars for Anthony D and the mechanics behind the scene who tackle issues I have had with my Chevy Cruise - professionals with a great sense of humor, always willing to review what has been done and answer questions. The icing on the cake was that they took some extra time to do a wash and vacuum which was greatly appreciated. Thanks guys! :) I also appreciate the drive to and from my home in North Bay when my car has to be in the shop for a longer period of time. :)

Drove my car off the lot and noticed the tire was completely flat - went to check and big piece of metal was lodged in tire. Went back to ask them about it and apparently could have happened anywhere from their lot to around the corner and been flat within a minute. Offered to fix it but had to pay the extra fee again. ALSO heard a weird banging noise so checked the tire.. Wasnt even tightened. Again.. This is all just driving it off the lot! Wont be back.

I have purchased and leased numerous cars and trucks from Darren. He always had good advice and all my deals went very smooth. He was very prompt and provided all the extras l wanted. The service from True North Chevrolet Cadillac is excellent. Service people were very helpful. Office staff were very helpful with all those forms required to close a deal. I guess you cant please everyone but l give them 5 stars!!!

Brought our car in for warranty work. Tried charging us approximately $400 for nothing. Even Chevrolet warranty was unclear what the exact charges were for. In the end customer service through warranty handled the problem. I wont go back to True North. Hoppers GMC will be getting all my service now.
