Yesterday I purchased my 2nd vehicle from Top Picks Auto. In my almost 3 years of dealing with this company, I have nothing but GREAT things to say. Their customer service is outstanding and they will literally do everything they can to get you into the vehicle you want. For anyone who is skeptical about "used car dealerships" ....worry not, these guys will take care of you. I have many more cars to buy in my lifetime and you can be sure that Top Picks will be my "go to" place for my future vehicles. I was in need of a new vehicle badly. I had a few ideas of where to go but a coworker told me about Top Picks, so I headed over to check it out. Ill be honest I was not prepared for what was in store. I was in total surprise by how good this company took care of my needs and wants. This is not your movie type used car dealer. They are 100% first class in the services they provide. Best buying experience I have ever gotten. I will recommend Top Picks to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle. If you want a good quality vehicle that comes with great services this is where you go. Hands down, the most excellent experience ive had buying a vehicle.

So I just want to make a correction to my posting of one star .... I had an issue that I felt was not being taken care of ....however I have to say as soon as I addressed it to the owner I was contacted immediately and my concern was taken care of with an apology. I was interested in a car for two-three months. Inquiring every couple weeks to see when it was ready to take it out so I could drive and feel the car so I could properly make a purchase choice. As I was inquiring this week they sold it without even notifying me or giving me an option to compete for the car with a down payment or the full payment. Disappointed as I was going to purchase it.

Wow went their today to buy a truck, Worst service ever the owner must be making so much money of the sale of one truck he dose not need to sell more. He was so busy talking to his buddy about stuff he had no time for customer service. I didnt even get a hello. I would not shop their if it was the last dealership in town. Good Luck Joe!!!!

Best customer service around!!! I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Joe and he was able to find me exactly what we were looking for a price that beat all competitors. Contact them in regards to a truck. Did I give them a low offer yes but merely to start the negotiation process. I get a response back of "clearly we dont have any trucks that you can afford." Probably the worst comment ever to come to me from a sales representative!
