What seemed like a great experience, quickly soured upon taking the Audi A3 I purchased from Parolin to my regular mechanic for its routine service interval. I would like to preface this review by saying the mechanic I see is phenomenal and has been THE place my family takes all our vehicles to without exception. Trusted in the community, holding coveted municipal and provincial contracts for MTO...these guys are outstanding. So when my mechanic tells me the new tires Parolin installed as part of the agreement, were done improperly and chewed through the rear tires warranting replacement (5 months of use), I believe them - but they showed me the difference between the front and the rear tires and the difference was staggering. I could prattle on ad nauseam about the brakes (new rear rotors and pads was part of the deal) and tires that Ive since had to replace due to Parolin, (roughly $1500 in work) but I think Ive made my point. Attempted to follow up with Jayme, with photos of the tires, however, theres since been radio silence. Unfortunately, for the aforementioned reason, I cannot recommend.

Awful experience. They will promise to include tires and rims with the cars they sell but they do not actually have them. I bought a car and asked several times to give me the tires. They kept saying next week we will get them for you. Ended up being 6 months of asking them and they never provided. ...Oh and lets not forget that they sold me a car that had engine repairs that were not done properly. Brought it to a dealership and they were baffled why the car was even sold in the first place because it was in no condition. And finally, they somehow had a Carproof from date X that showed the car was clean. I did a Carproof at the 6 month mark and there had been accident claims on the car. I cannot say for sure if they are tampering with Carproof reports - but I would stay away from this place.

Brought my Volvo S40 in for repair. Three times, with the third they picked it up in Sudbury (on a full tank of gas) and drove it to North Bay and dropped it back off about a week later with the gas tank on empty. Usually, this would be fine, but this circumstance was different because the car was going back into the garage as they failed to fix the initial issue. They rarely get back to you. I almost thought they had just stolen my car. AVOID!

The only place I trust with my BMW. Bought my Imola red 2003 325i at Parolin in 2014 and is still running strong at 266k! They have done an amazing job with all the maintenance and servicing since day one, and I live an hour and a half north! This is coming from a car enthusiast thats no stranger to diagnosing issues and repairs. I Highly recommended them, and will be buying my next car here as well - J.S.

Overall bad experience. Bad customer service. They broke a part while replacing another one and didnt tell me. I had to come back with the check engine on, worst condition than when it came in. They just didnt give a **** because they knew I was just driving through. Go spend your money at someone who deserves it.
