Very nice sales staff but other than that, they will rip you off. I bought a 2017 mirage g4 in August, drove it home and 3 days later had this huge crack go straight through the windshield. I called them and they said it was most likely a stone chip from shipping so we cant do anything about it, the next week my e-brake started sticking, so I went to get it fixed and they argued and told me that wasnt the problem when I know it was because I didnt use my e-brake for 2 months and I was hearing no squeaking from my brakes and the day I brought the car in I used my e-brake and the brakes started squeaking. Not long after that I was driving on the highway listening to music when I started hearing rattling from my doors. Now every single speaker in my doors have shaken loose and rattle whenever I listen to music even at a low volume. And now my most recent issue which has caused this rant, is since mid November I have noticed when I start the car from cold the engine has been making this wierd noise like something is rubbing but I didnt think much of it, Im not sure if its related to the problem I had today but I was teaching my girlfriend how to drive manual in my driveway and when she stalled, the car would not start back up. So I got in the drivers seat, waited a minute and tried to start the car, still would not start. I waited 5 more minutes and the car still would not start. 30 minutes later and the car still would not start. Finally I came back to the car 10 minutes later and it barely started and did not want to run. I took it for a short ride down the road and it seems to be running okay now but What if I were to stall at a stop light and not be able to start the car for almost an hour, very dangerous and very upsetting for a car with less than 5000 kms on it. Thank you north bay mitsubishi for selling me an awful car, this is the last mitsubishi I will ever own, do not buy a car from North bay mitsubishi they will rip you off.

The negative reviews is wrong. I have been a costumer from Mitsubishi in North Bay since 2011 after buying a brand new Outlander. I have no complaints about my SUV and the dealership. My SUV is comfortable, reliable and I feel very secure driving from North Bay to Sturgeon Falls. I have seen many different faces at the services department in the pass 6 years but who has the right to judge. I have seen from my own eyes how the sale manager Brent and his team is serving costumer with their knowledge, dedication and respect. I would consider going to visit Mitsubishi in North Bay and have the same experience I have been getting which is the best considering I am a female and have been targeted at many different dealerships since I both my first car in 1984. If you are as curious as I am, seeing it for yourself would be the perfect way to go. You wont regret it. Thank You to Brent and his Service Department employees including the one that retired and should not forget the hard workers behind the walls The Machanices. Thank You :)

DO NOT BUY HERE Brought my autistic son here to buy his first new car because they said they were 2300 cheaper than Barrie mitsibushi.They basically sold us the car with snow tires then called and said they were not included in the deal after we paid.Beware do not sign anything without reading it over the contract is very difficult to read and if the salesperson tells you its in there dont trust them they will lie to you and they did to us.double check everything with these crooks. they lied about being cheaper too.basically lied about everything.The rvr is great but the dealer is a scammer. PS when my wife phoned to to come see this car she gave them a 1000 deposit they said she had to.I should have known then.Do Not Give A Deposit to test drive a car and avoid this dealer.

We dealt with Brent, Tonia and Coleen and we had the absolute best experience at this Mitsubishi. They dealt with everything quickly and they were always so happy and polite. We would recommend this Mitsubishi dealership to anyone. Knowing that only two more of that specific make, model and colour were coming from the manufacturer, Brent even contacted another dealership down south that was scheduled to get one for their lot so he could snag it for us before they had a chance to sell it to anyone else. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted and were the best to deal with!

Rip off !! Stay away. They sold me a mitzubush master 9000. And an extended warranty. The alternator that is covered is now not due to 1 of 7 oil changes not completed at the dealership. I live 1.5 hrs away. Do not fall for these scammers. No extended warranty coverage after I bought one because I was from out of town. Buyer beware - these people are horrible
