My daughter bought a car off of the north bay mycar and she started having problems with a vibrations in the vehicle. After checking tire pressure to see if that would fix it we found a bulge in her tire. We contacted the north bay office a few times and we were expecting a call from them but have yet to get the call about the tire. Oddly the car only had less than 30000km on it and was a 2017. Two tires are the same tire the other tires are different all together. So out of four tires three arent the same. Considering the mileage on the vehicle and the year you would think that the tires would have been recently changed and most people change all four at the same time with the same make. I was considering buying a vehicle from them but have changed my mind. It almost seems that as long as they make the sale they dont care about the after sale customer service.

Worst experience i have ever had with a dealership. very shady, sales people show up 1 hour+ after they open. when i asked for info about the financing deal they did not want to give me any details (interest rate, total cost, and a biweekly/monthly payment that kept changing everytime i asked).would not give me exact numbers unless i signed a deal that i had no solid info on. i was also asked for a deposit in cash which i found odd but i did get it back in full. they were kinda rude when handing back the money. i then got a very rude call afterwards, yelling at me for cancelling the deal after pressuring them to make a deal. which i called once to find out the status and try to find out details of the deal. take you business elsewhere, you will be much happier and less stressed

My uncle wanted to get a car there and had chosen a car and they said they would call him back the morning after and they didnt so he ended up calling back 2 days later. No apology nothing. They dont return calls. They simply do not care about customer satisfaction. Also he was promised he would be able to get a car and then a week later gave hin notice that he was not approved for a loan. Its pretty sad how someone making 3500 dollars a month cant get approved for a 10000 dollar loan. They make too many promises they cannot keep. I do not recommend getting a car from this company. They are very absent minded and dont believe other people are as busy as them. Unbelievable. Worst company ever.

I gave Eric my price point, what I was looking for and he delivered! I was hoping to take possession of the car in two days (for the long-weekend). Eric didnt promise anything but he said he would do his best. The car was magnificantly detailed to like-new condition and ready for me as I had hoped. I was impressed, Eric I will be back to see you for my next used cars or used trucks thats for sure. Hugs and Kisses. Keep up the great work!

Down right rude and awful staff. stood around for 25 minutes while 2 salesmen talked about their friends camp instead of helping me find a car. I then approached them and asked for help they then said hold on, i waited another 10 minutes listening to them talk about non business appropriate topics before I left and went else where. Edit update: I was called the next day by Al stating I didnt know what customer service is and exclaiming himself to me "How dare you, what gives you the right" followed by "listen you little f*** if you ever come into my store again il personally throw you out with my bare hands"

Scott lied and cheated his way into a sale. Deal was done over the phone and we were promised one interest rate. When the car arrived the paperwork showed a rate that was 3% higher. When we called into the office to discuss the difference Scott told me he had bent over backwards to help me and to take it or leave it. I cannot believe how rude the service. The interior of the car was filthy with a strange odour. I was promised the second key would be mailed to me over a month ago and it still hasnt arrived. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST.

Biggest bunch dummies in North Bay. The employee never heard of a 2014 Jeep Cherokee then didnt call me back. I was trying to trade it in. How is it possible they dont want a 2014 Cherokee on their lot, or dont even want to inquire about it? This also happened with my 2009 Corolla XRS. Buddy calls it an SRS then doodles on a piece of paper pretending to be interested. How can you work at a car place an not know how to identify a car? haha. Bunch of dummies.

These guys were absolutely wonderful! They were so helpful and incredibly fast! It was about a week with them and I was driving away in my beautiful new car. They helped me out in every way and got me the best possible rates to make my payments fit in my budget, along with explaining the process every step of the way. If youre looking for a used but relatively new car, they are definitely the people to go to!

They sell quality used vehicles at affordable prices. Al and Phil are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend considering MyCar when shopping for a vehicle.

Bought a 2013 Dodge Avenger through Al, service was excellent selection on the lot was good I test drove 10 car and at not point did I feel pressured into anything.Vehicle is in mint condition low Kilometers, factory warranty and even still has Sirius radio working in it. Awesome work will be a repeat customer in the future.

We went to the North Bay MyCar in April and bought our truck. Everything went great, all the employees there are amazing! Just yesterday I picked up a car for myself and I honestly couldnt be happier. It was a bit of a roller coaster, but Al and Phil were with me all the way! Thanks again for everything guys!!!!
