I called for an appointment and they tell me to call back on later date, so i call back 5 days later and they tell me they will look in to my car transmission and didnt even call me back. so i called back once more and they tell me there are no bulletins popping out for my type of transmission and still not given appointment. SO DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING MR TRANSMISSION NORTH BAY.""UPDATE"" for anyone reading my comment ,there are new owners at Mr.Transmission that read my comment and actually took the time to find my phone number and called me to help me out even thought i already had my car fixed else where.So in my opinion the new owners do care so i would definitely call Mr. Transmission (North Bay) thanks for the call Gary, wish my problems were a few weeks later.

Overall worst car experience I have had. They did fix the issue though but caused more issues. When they were done with my car I had to send my car into the dealer to get the steering alignment fixed, the proper transmission fluid, proper level of transmission fluid and new transmission filter. Which cost me an additional 499$ to the 800$ I already paid Mr transmission. Overall I could have taken it to the dealer and it would have cost almost half! The price with no issues. Unless you have had a personally bad experience with dealers I suggest going to the dealer. Dont bother sending them emails they dont reply.

From Gary at the front desk to the technicians working, this place is great! Gary was very accommodating to my warranty and spoke with my car dealership to coordinate payment! All while being friendly and courteous! I would recommend Mister Transmission to anyone that needs mechanical work done on their vehicle!

Mr. Transmission eh? This place is the worst place I have ever been. My dog knows more about transmissions than they do. If you live in North Bay and drive by the shop, you will see the same vehicles outside. They are the vehicles Mr Transmission cant fix. I will never go back.

Garbage service. Took my transmission pan down, did a transmission drain and refill. Oil was still black and the pan was leaking for awhile 120$ for f#$@ all - wasnt sealed properly. Want transmission problems - Visit Mister Transmission
