We were never happy that the warning lights on the dash were never reset & it was always top dollar. We were told the front brake pads needed replacing immediately & they are still good after a further 15,000km.The exhaust they said needed replacing seems to have fixed itself as over a year later it still isnt blowing. They told us the rear tires ( that they didnt sell us ) needed replacing and were the cause of the shaking while on the highway, were nothing to do with the shaking from the rear end, which was a buckled rim (which was missed twice by them) & the final wheel balance we were charged for was only balanced on the outer of the rim, we found this out the next day when we took it to Kal tire which my father in law told us about. They fixed it & the wobble disappeared. We discovered Kal tire were way cheaper, extremely friendly, had better service competency, & also had free wi fi, a cool waiting room, complimentary coffee, cold drinks & popcorn for the kids. I also want to point out when you take it in for a job, the job gets done without being pestered for ad on jobs ( like brake pads or a new exhaust ). Save yourself the heartache & go over to Seymour, you wont be disappointed !!

Great customer service, always friendly yet professional. They always double check their work and do tell you if you require more work and why it would be important to do so however, you arent pressured into it if you arent comfortable with it or cannot afford it at that time--they then usually prioritize what the most important issue to resolve is to fix, for your safety. Went in, and got a thorough inspection done, new tires that were of actual good quality (firestone) and fixed my alignement issue as best as my old car could get. I got useful advice afterwards in regards to how to keep the longevity of my tires (my car wears them fast due to an alignment issue) and they even fixed the unnecessary squeaking from my doors without me asking. Will gladly return for any auto services needed from home, an hour away. Very much so worth my while in my opinion.

I never really have a GOOD experience there, I go in knowing about what Im going to be charged (oil change and chane of tire) next thing you know I need new filters ( wich had a bit bit of dust and I mean a tiny bit) and a realignment of tires and a fix of another part. I wish when I go in there for somthing I would get that delt with not adding on almost $150 worth of add on parts and never friendly, I stood at the counter for 5 mins waiting for someone to come talk to me while I watched them work and when I got someone all they said was "name" so I told them, then asked for my keys and thats it. All in all rip off of parts and VERY poor customer service...I will NEVER set foot in that place again!!

Awful experience! Customer service was disgusting, quoted me a certain number for tires, came back for them to honour that quote, claimed they lost the quote and than stated that the tires another staff quoted were terrible and stated I should get other tires.. Very inconsistent, once they lost my trust for that incident, I wanted my deposit back and they were so rude and verbally inappropriate with how they handled the situation, than later to find out from another shop that they put water in my collant, 80%, I was shown the measurement,when it was supposed to be a top up service with the oil change, I will never go to another Midas, nor suggest their business.

Was not impressed with the attitude of the staff. I felt extremely pressured to purchase a bunch of unwanted parts and products. My check up and an oil change took well over an hour. Overall was not happy with my expirience and the way I was spoken to. A day later my windshield washer fluid is empty I open the hood and my engine cover is now gone! I will never go to another midas again

Rip-Off artists. Both times I went there, majorly over priced the work. 2nd time stated I couldnt afford the quote, refused to give me my car back. Claimed I wasted his time having the car on the hoist and berated me on the phone. Went in got my keys, asked if he wanted to repeat his comments now that I was in the store. Stormed off like a child.

STAY AWAY!!! I ended up with pulsating brakes, and blamed it on the winter and charge me another $500 to fix it. Then a month later the brakes were pulsating again. Also my father took his car there for an oil change and they told him that he needed new brakes, but he just had them done 3 months earlier.

Not a friendly inviroment mech call my truck that i had just recived for a b day gift a peice of crap. I also paid to get tires changed valves were not changed and 2 tires are leaking valves are old even i can tell. And attitued is what i got when i called back. Not happy i would rate 0 stars if i could.

if you want to have inept people work on your car, and like being overcharged, bring it here. i got ripped for $300 for parts it turns out i didnt need. and the issue was not properly dealt with. will never set foot in their parkinglot. do yourself a favor and stay away. incompetent fraudsters.

Pretty expensive, and the staff were mostly unnecessarily rude. Felt more like I was at service Ontario than a private business... actually the folks at service Ontario are generally a bit nicer. Sorry Midas, but yall need to turn that frown upside down.
