Thank you to Kim who approach me in the morning while getting air in my tire. He offered me help and said for me to drop around the shop and he would fix my tire. During the day l did go to the shop and the staff were all so helpful.. This was my first time dealing with Kal Tire and l will definitely be buying my winter tires there. Everything was explained to me and l left the shop happy. I also would like to say that the store was so clean and coffee was offered along with fresh popcorn if you wanted it. Kal Tire was quick to quote my job over the phone, and they were competitive on price. My bearing and front axle were changed before some of their competitors had even gotten back to me with an estimate. I was also impressed with the renovations theyve done since the last time I was there...it gave me more confidence as a buyer. Service was great and I was notified promptly with any questions or concerns by their mechanic once my car was up on the lift. Ive recommended Kal Tire to my friends an family, and will be returning for any future mechanical issues I run into.

My husband, son and I were travelling for vacation and got into an accident just outside of North Bay. We still had 9 hours of driving to do. Kal-tire took us in right away to help align the truck and get it drive-able again. The customer service was outstanding. They let us use the company van to take our son to the hospital to get checked and showed their care for him with having the van cooled off (as it was a hot day). The customer service was amazing, the cost was reasonable, and the work done is reliable. I would highly recommend Kal-tire North Bay.

Best shopping experience of my life! Finally, a place that honors their warranty. These guys in North Bay are awesome! I was there for just over an hour and it wasnt only me that received great service. Kim Lee you are an amazing person all around. Tom youre great as well. The guys in the back were superb at their jobs. I will never shop for tires somewhere else! Whether you like it or not youre stuck with me now LOL thanks for the great customer service guys. I cannot say enough about the incredible service I received here recently. While on my way to a friends wedding, I ended up having a flat! Not being from North Bay, they were recommended to me by a fellow guest at the wedding. They fit me in between the ceremony and reception and were so kind, understanding, and funny! My tire was fixed, no hassle, and they even did it for no cost. These guys definetly saved my weekend, would highly recommend!!

I am a dedicated customer of KAL tire. I have been dealing with them for years and never had a problem until now. I had an appointment at 4:30pm to have my winter tires removed and my summer ones installed. I didnt get out of the until after 6pm. I realize this is a busy time of year however, I am very disappointed.

Old school customer service!! After experiencing the worst service ever at Dodge in North Bay, the boys at Kaltire provided exceptional customer service and got my new tire put on within 30-40min. Awesome job fellas. EVERYONE GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE. You just cant find service like this anymore.

Our only regret is that we didnt find this place sooner.Friendly knowledgeable staff,good prices & the feeling they actually want to help rather than want to clock out for the day.Not to mention free wifi,popcorn & drinks for the kids as well as adults which is rare to say the least.
