Its been almost a year since I bought my first car from a dealership, I choose this one. I was a little nervous going thru a dealer but Sheen was awesome, sat down with me and explained everything, found a suitable car in my range, and the team made the whole process a breeze. I was planning on writing a review sooner but forgot. He followed up with me making sure I was happy with the purchase. The impreza has proved to be a great car for where I live and what I do. I feel very safe in it, no regrets buying it. I recc. people to this dealership every chance I get. I had visited a few other places in north bay and their service was below par. I will definitely be a return costumer when I decide to upgrade into something newer. Their customer service was great. I should also note they were not pushy at all, I had a very laid back test drive, they encouraged me to drive the car alone to get an honest feel about it. That was a huge point for me as other dealers where extremely pushy, offering be sub par interest rates. Subaru worked with me to get the best rate and I am very happy with it.

We bought a car from Gold Fleet in the fall. This dealership was friendly, professional right down to the kind, professional secretaries, and went the extra mile through the entire buying process. Travis gave us an excellent deal on an Subaru Outback and was more professional and courteous than any other salesperson we have dealt with in the past and we have bought a lot of cars and trucks over the years. He made the purchasing process stress free. The service team is friendly and professional as well so there will be no worries in having our vehicle serviced.
