a body shop is certainly not a place we intend to shop at every day but choosing to use City centre collision two separate times within a year was an unexpected rewarding experience and reinforced my belief that yes there really are businesses out there who CARE about their customers. Absolutely top notch efficient customer service down to every detail. from quoting me a price establishing a date suitable to me for the repairs to getting the work done and completed and arranging for getting me there to pick up the vehicle I couldn t ask for better service . not only that when i picked up my vehicle it looked as good as when i bought it at the dealership. on a scale of 1 to 10 this business deserves an 11 . I vote them local business of the year

Went here after a minor fender bender, the service was AMAZING! The receptionist that do the preliminary inspection where vigilant and thorough. The one (who was wearing white skinny pants) got underneath the car to inspect the structure WITH OUT TOUCHING THE GROUND! During the repairs I was supposed to receive updates via text message as the work was being done, however I never received them. Dont know if it was an isolated glitch or what, but its a minor thing. The quality of the work is great. The paint matches perfectly, 12 years later. The cool part is you can see any evidence that there was any damage. Highly recommend using this company for your repairs. They werent even scared to attempt a rust repair.

Very professional! All the staff that I spoke to were very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Employees working in the shop spoke with a sense of pride and commitment to the business and to their work. This shop could give clinics on the subject of "organizational culture"... not just for body shops but for any service provider. Ive had many dealings with auto shops in the 50+ years that I have owned cars, and this one ranks among the very best in all respects: attitude, communication, attention to detail, quality workmanship, customer relations (including "patience" in dealing with a very discerning customer). Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to them. In fact, insist on it. You will not be disappointed.

This Company is more than Just a high end Body Shop. They must be Credited on the Custom work they do for the consumer. They have worked with me on creating the Vision I had on my Truck. They listen, and act on my thoughts without question. In which I may add can be maticoulas at times. The front office, shop crew, detail dept, and management all listen to make the custom truck building experience fun. I am more than happy to refer anyone to this Business. They have the cleanest Body Shop I have ever seen, with all up to-date tools, and equipment. Most of all, its the Staff that makes this place tick. Great Job Folks!

Absolutely wonderful experience at City Center Collision They provided me with rides to and from work while they had my car and the paint job was perfect. City center collisio fixed my wrx when it was damaged by a city plow. Only took a week to strip and repaint the front bumper and hood. They replaced the winshield and even replaced the strip of tint on the top. Amazing job and very professional. They went above and beyond expectations. The staff in the front were courteous, friendly and treated me with respect. Amazing business. Bravo to city center collision

Excellent service. The staff took their personal car to drive us at the nearest hotel, while they were working on our car for the long weekend. The staff is super friendly and we exchanged great conversations. It goes beyond costumer service, they treat you like family. Too bad there is only 5 stars to rate them!
