My battery died about a month ago, on a Friday night in Hamilton! I called Interstate, in Mississauga and the Manager (Mark) had my battery in stock! He graciously offered to meet me at the store the Saturday morning before they opened to install it for me! Amazing!! I had an appointment on Saturday that I didnt have to cancel because of his graciousness!!!!! That level of customer service and professionalism is a rare find these days! The battery he sold me works like a charm too! -15 degree weather today and it cranked over with power and no lag! My previous battery, that came with my car, from the dealer, never cranked over that well, even when it was brand new! I will be a lifelong customer! Their product and service.....Amazing...5 stars!!! Thank you Interstate and thank you Mark!

Had a bad battery in my Infiniti, hard to find size that no other part store had in stock, called Interstate they checked their inventory while I was on the phone to make sure they had it in stock. The manager Mark said come by then he helped me change the battery in the parking lot. They earned my business.

My car battery was dead in the early morning, so I went to the insterstate all battery for a new battery, got there at7:30 am but store is open at 9:00am, but the manager was inside. He helped me choose the right battery and installed it for me in the cold morning . ( he didnt have to installed it for me)

Have been here twice now and definitely one of the most pleasant experiences customer service-wise. Greeted by the same gentleman (Mark) both times. Something as simple as replacing a battery on a keyfob, Mark replaced with careful precision, all while engaging with me in a conversation.

When this place first opened up, I went in looking for some hard to find batteries for my vintage camera. They had the batteries readily available, to my surprise. Great store with every battery!
