I took my vehicle here to be checked over on recommendation of a family member. The service was very friendly and customer oriented. The mechanic took the time to explain everything he found and did to the car. The service manager explained what work needed to be done and what could wait. The bill was very reasonable, lower than I expected, and the quotes for future work to be done were also very fair. Honest, straight forward and upfront. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a good repair shop.

Every mechanic should take note, and every potential customer should DEFINITELY take their business here.. THIS is customer service at its best. These guys have gone over and beyond to help me out more then once. Theyre friendly, honest and they dont rip people off unlike other places I have unfortunately ended up at. Ive always had great service at Griffs! Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Whenever anythings wrong with my car, this is the first place I go. They also have a super helpful service of storing your winter tires (for a fee.)
