Not very impressed with the customer service, or battery warranty that is offered, and not honoured. The sales person, convinced our company to buy a battery worth over $400. Stating that it would last 4 to 5 times longer than a regular wet battery,that it can be place in any position and still work, even upside down. Also stated that it came with a 100% no issue warranty. Sounded too good to be true! and guess what it is, there is an issue with the battery and then they refused to honour it. Saying it was an over charging issue even though the battery was dead, How it can be an over charging issue with over 20yrs as a licenced mechanic I cant figure it out. They did however, offer to sell us a new battery at their cost, of over $240. Thats a good scam if you ask me. Dont honour a warranty on a battery worth over $400, and sell you another for over $240, with the same crappy no return warranty.. I will definitely buy our next batteries from Canadian Tire, who honour warranty, with no questions asked. At least there, if you bring in a dead battery, or faulty battery, they replace it, with no hassle. I will NOT recommend Total Battery to any business or friends that I deal. with thats for sure.!
