Only shop I go to in the Ottawa Valley.. AMAZING customer service, super honest about whats wrong with your vehicle, wont push unneeded work AMAZING prices,and will take the time to show you the problems and explain them, they even stayed open a bit longer so I could get an oil change done on my car. Now that is what I call customer service

This place was recommended by a friend who knew about the dismal level of service from Petawawa dealerships. So far Ive given MIDAS Pembroke my service twice, and twice they delivered with customer service in mind, reasonable prices (even coming under quote!) , skilled employees and overall great confidence.

been taking my cars here for a while for oil changes and tire mounting. they could not resolve a coolant leak with my muscle car, told me it was probably a leaky head gasket but turned out to be leaky water neck. other then that great experiences.

Im a retired professional mechanic and this is where I bring my vehicle when I dont feel like working on it. The waiting room and more importantly the shop is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
