Sales staff mediocre. Like pulling teeth to get calls returned. Vehicle pickup time not met and had to leave with a vehicle with a cracked windshield and take it myself to get replaced.(not sure that is even legal as it is a safety inspection item) Car had a TPMS warning light active not repaired prior to pickup either. To top it all off the vehicle only has one key. Poor professionalism in my eyes. If I ran a Used Car lot I would have obvious safety items repaired before even test drives, and ensure that the car would be cleaned safetied and available prior to customer pick-up times. At this point I dont recommend this business. Time will tell if the service dept provides better service department than the sales dept.

BEWARE -these people are sneaky and dishonest. They sold me a car with a bent rim and destroyed tire. A trained tire specialist confirmed there was evidence of sealant on the rim and tire which suggests Edwards Mazda new there was a leak and tried to seal it instead of repairing the rim and tire. Very very dangerous, as they I drove the car from Pembroke to Ottawa. The manager, Anil, would not admit fault and would not even budge when I offered to pay for half of the necessary repairs. BUY YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Overall my buying experience with Edwards Mazda was pretty good. - Returned my calls quickly. - Were able to offer transport to and from the dealership. - Were able to cater to my needs, specifically in terms of what vehicle I wanted. - Were able to offer appropriate discounts, and were flexible. Made the purchase of my new truck fairly stress free.

I purchased a 2010 B4000 used w some warranty remaining in 2013. Edwards always serviced it for me even though I lived in Mansfield, QC. Great service and never over charged. They never invented problems to make more money. The complete service dept and Wayne from Parts are always there for you. The Client. Try them, you will see.

Poorest customer service ever. Rude sales professionals as well as the manager in charge Mr. Anil Gupta. Should appreciate whatever business a customer is willing to bring without looking down on them. I suggest move on to few other dealerships down the road in Pembroke but not this one.
