My husband and I purchased a truck off of Dustin from GM in Dryden. He was the most helpful sales associate ever. He worked on finding us a truck for a good six months until we made the commitment of purchasing. He was never pushy about making a purchase and he was extremely informative and very helpful. Dustin was super patient with us and respected the fact that we didnt want to make such a huge financial investment without knowing 110% it was exactly what we wanted. Dustin let us test drive numerous vehicles. He went above and beyond and allowed us to even take a vehicle overnight. He worked with other lots to get another vehicles that were within our price range and within our needs. Ultimately it took us a really long time to make the commitment and to purchase the truck but we are a year into our purchase and couldnt be happier. We have recommended Dustin to numerous friends who have also purchased vehicles from him and we will go back.

I recently had vehicle problems while travelling from Alberta to PEI and NS. I had to end up purchasing a vehicle. I went directly to Trevor, the Manager, and right from the get go I found him very understanding and very helpful in our situation. Before long I was put into Dustin Lupiens care and he proved to be super helpful as well. We found other members of the staff to be excellent too. I sensed a general atmosphere I personally would like to work in myself. Dustin went out of his way to keep me informed and abreast of what was being done in the shop related to our purchase. Starting with Kate at the front reception, to Trevor and Scott with the approval and finalizing of particulars, to the helpful staff in the service department - everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. Most of all, I appreciated the patience of Brittany as she worked magic to accommodate me and find the right truck for my needs. Follow-up service has been spectacular.
