If youre dropping your vehicle off here for warranty work, you might as well head over to another dealer and pick up a new vehicle as they will likely have it for the entire term of a new purchase. So far been without a vehicle for 3 weeks to have a timing chain replaced as they some how were unable to get parts for 2 weeks (readily available 2 hours away - I called and checked). Even when they do get the parts in however there are no mechanics that work there apparently and no one to actually install the part. Looking at three full days to install a new timing chain on an F-150... Couldnt have possibly been a worse experience start to finish, no loaner, no rental, nothing. I get to walk or borrow vehicles from impatient family members - all while paying $750 a month for it to sit and collect dust in one of their service bays. I was a Ford guy through and through but you couldnt pay me to own a Ford again.
